I contacted this company on the phone in late November 2019 in order to help us with our start-up recruitment agency. We made the deal and signed up through phone and Direct Debit with Unitel Direct on 29 November 2019, Friday at a PM hour. At that time everything seems to be fine, we agree on the phone on a few terms regarding the involved costs including a brand new website into our package recruitmentagenciesinwestlondon.co.uk
At that time we had no idea what kind of material is this company made of. At the phone, pleasant voices in the emails extended given information, at any call prompt responses.
Be aware that what you hear at the phone, what they tell, what they promise you, IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE in your invoice. They are very lacy and they build their affairs of the Roman byword "Verba volant, scripta manent" they work only on the ground which they can control. You, as a customer have no power at all. You can't contradict them because you have no evidence and on the phone, they promise you the sea with salt.
At the phone due to the fact that we signed the contractual agreement on Friday 29 November afternoon and since 30 was Saturday we agree ON PHONE that we will pay only from December for their services. December came and we received TWO invoices, one for November and one for December. This company honour values exactly £82.80.
That was the first blow, shame on them to collect a full monthly fee for a few hours after on the phone they told us that we will not have to pay.
The second blow came from their "New build bespoke website tailored to your industry, Mobile and all device friendly" referring to the recruitmentagenciesinwestlondon.co.uk which was, in fact, a low-quality work of a young apprentice, without any reasonable value for our business and without any help whatsoever. From their "marvellous website", we did not receive at least ONE leads a whole year. It was too late for us to realize that they sell this website on and on to novices like us. I am disgusted by the services and the policy regarding the customer service that has to offer UnitelDirect. This kind of treatment I did not expect from a British company, sad, very sad. This kind of behaviour is characteristic of the third world.
