Outrageous custom service!
I've purchased on 22 August a sewing machine from them, I paid in full in the same day - £840.95, Invoice ID #5006136, Transaction ID 5TJ30070SH4682645, and I waited for messages, tracking link, any sign. After more than 3 weeks, nothing. On 14 September I tried to reach them by email and by phone, I have been advised to wait that they will call me back. On 15 September I call them again the same result. I call them after a half hour again to say me that they have no machine to deliver and if I would be agreed to pay more for some sort of upgrade. I have made my purchase from a UK company with the expectation that they will deliver much quicker than a Chinese company. Not even a sorry we had some problems or any stupid excuse. I did not expect such treatment. Avoid this company.
