Having set up an account for my elderly sister, I am still finding problems with processing her prescriptions. One of the problems is the system of batch dispensing run by her GP Surgery which does not run in tandem with Pharmacy2U. The other problem is contacting Pharmacy2U. Their email inbox does not work as it will not accept any emails (even though they say you can email them). The Chat facility is never available and when you ring you are answered by an automated voice and is very limited in dealing with the problem. To try and talk to an actual adviser is very difficult.

Firstly, I am sorry you were unable to get in touch at a time of need. We have recently experienced extremely high levels of customer contact; this has created delays in contacting us. To alleviate this we have implemented a new customer contact system, however, we are experiencing some technical disruption, we are working to resolve this at the earliest possibility.
I can confirm we are working on additional platforms including WhatsApp which we will introduce in the near future. We do have social media platforms available to connect with us if this is suitable for you. I can also confirm, we are in the process of recruiting additional advisers to help alleviate the delays we are seeing. We hope to feel the impact of this in the coming weeks.
Having reviewed the account, some of the medications are prescribed within a repeat dispensing batch, of which are already pre-authorised by the GP surgery and require to be released by yourself as and when required. We do send an "action required" email when the medication is due, which allows you to answer some questions before releasing the prescription for dispensing. I can see this was complete successfully on the 06/07. The order was dispatched on the 08/07.
Not all items are included in the batch, which means the other item needs to be requested each time, causing further confusion.
The next prescription in the batch is the last one, we would advise, after this, to ask the surgery to issue all medications together in one batch, or to remove repeat dispensing prescribing, this will make it much smoother to run the account.

Very easy to order online and quick delivery. Emails keep customer in touch with delivery stage. Only downside recently I had to return a few items (tops and a coat) where the sleeves have been far too long. I like them to finish at the wrist but returned items have finished almost half way down my hand.

Bought a 2 door cupboard, delivery service very good. Instructions for building a bit sketchy, took between 2-3 hours but a good solid cupboard and looks great. Very pleased.
