Birthday gifts didn’t arrive, poor customer service.

Ordered items for a up coming birthday. Items dispatched but two weeks later not here. When I got in touch with lookfantasic I was informed they couldn’t fulfil the order so offered a refund or resend items. Unfortunately birthday is today so getting items resent is not an option. But now now I need to wait up to a week for a refund and no compensation offered. Not great service all in all, won’t buy from here again.
EDIT: after escalating complaint have now received full refund (initially failed to refund P&P charges) and appropriate compensation received. Feel the escalation was handled correctly, however maybe training refresh and stead attention to detail from 1st line resolution team would have resolved this sooner.

Large door mat

Great product, and looks fantastic with numerous people commenting on it. Also delivery and delivery comms was perfect. Item was delivery on time. Great company would certainly buy again from here.

Dissapointed after only three months.

I had my native Union twin head 6.5ft lead as a gift in August. I had heard great things about the quality and was really pleased with the lead when I received it. The extra length was the selling factor for me as it’s easy to charge in my room as I only have two sockets available to me. Unfortunately only three months in my lead has broken, the iPhone charging piece has come away from the main body and became stuck in my phone! Really wanted to love this brand, but disappointed with the quality, for three months use. The present was bought in a independent boutique and so without the receipt the shop are unable to help.

Problem Pop off sole but great customer service.

Had these slippers as a gift for mother’s day after the birth of my son. Had the classic 1 style with the pop off sole for outdoors. Had to say had high expectations and the slipper itself are wonderfully comfortable, however I can’t tell you the amount of times I have nearly fallen down the stairs or tripped because the pop off sole falls off. Really disappointed and it’s put me off recommending these to friends and family. I see the newer design doesn’t have the feature, I wonder if my problem was a common issue?
EDIT- after this review mahabis contacted me. The customer service has been outstanding. They were quick to respond and help with my issue. As I already mentioned the slipper is super comfortable, and with the new design I’m a positive that I will love these slippers. Well done mahabis you have restored my faith 👍🏻
