Nothing wrong product wise

Nothing wrong product wise , poor delivery set up though unfortunately. Paid for pre 10am delivery, was missed the first attempt and about an hour late the second time. If companies Offer a service (and charge for it) deliver it …..otherwise don’t offer it. Seems very basic .

Another utterly woeful experience…

Another utterly woeful experience trying to get money moved today. 3 rd phone call in an hour after being put on hold and then cut off . Client sat in our office waiting to be paid , shambolic. We shall be moving banks after today, shame as it’s been a few years now. Free advice - Go elsewhere .

It’s poor

It’s poor . Been hours today trying to get a payment released for a client . It’s not been great today and generally I don’t mind ‘playing the game’ but this has been very disappointing .

Ordered tub and chiller couple of weeks…

This is my edited review …….as my chiller unit turned up unannounced after I was supposed to be refunded (which never came through)

Unfortunately it pains me to say , I would order with extreme caution , the company just isn’t geared up to respond to customers in a timely fashion or get ahead of problems like delays before they arise .

Such a shame that I have zero faith the company would back up any problems down the line if they occurred .

As per all the other reviews appearing now no customer support , delays , miscommunication or lies - depending on your point of view and a lack of respect for the customer experience .

No company survives long with this behaviour .

Some ill conceived attempt to shake us…

Some ill conceived attempt to shake us down when their insured hit our car ,and tried to blame us- threatening debt letters , we fought back with evidence and witness statements , and they backed down.

The fact someone can raise a claim against someone else without any information , photos , location , even a reg is laughable and should never have been allowed to proceed in the first place .

Nice try Covea . Jokers.

As I m sure we are all aware

As I m sure we are all aware , Banham definitely aren’t the cheapest in the market , and that’s ok - If the product and service is premium along with the pricing .

Unfortunately it seems that’s been somewhat lost in our case , been chasing various elements of our office install for about a month, incorrect parts supplied to engineers multiple times , engineers scratching their heads , or blaming the office .

We did get there in the end though and been very happy with the service since , not ideal but could’ve been worse!

Been a customer for years

Been a customer for years , service always been very good, although I find it very surprising that returns are charged to the customer ……free returns is a no brainer - when offering premium products at premium pricing . Take note flannels.

We’re feeding the recommended amount to…

We’re feeding the recommended amount to our frenchie (intact we’re feeding him extra) and he is behaving like he’s never been fed, seems to be losing weight aswell , previously stable and content on another raw food , all in all quite perplexing …..he’s definitely not content with the switch.

If I could leave 0 stars I would

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Another 3 days (so far ) with no service …….periods of ‘downtime’ are regular, seems a weekly occurrence at the moment . Complaints going back over a year , unanswered , not even acknowledged. Can’t speak to anyone , no real support . Cannot wait to be shot of this shambolic company .

Consistently bad

Consistently bad, constant connection issues, constantly cuts out, at least 4-5 times in the last couple of weeks it’s stopped working , currently Sat here again no internet .
Thousands and thousands of bad reviews can only tell you one thing , avoid at all costs, can’t wait to move and switch provider .
