My 8.00 start got going by 4.00 pm

I used Anyvan for a long planned move from Cornwall to London and I can’t say it was good . Absolutely appalling service as the scheduled 8.00 to 9.00 am never showed and we had to wait until 4.20 when they arrived . These two guys from Eastern Europe were told about it at 9.00 am that day so Anyvan forgot to place the call . Incredible as this is the business they are meant to run .
Thee guys didn’t actually know how to open the van they hired that morning .
To say Anyvan is professional in any way is a joke . I mean this was originally a GBP 2k job . One day . They add on for everything . I would never use their services again even if they paid me . Definitely my worst moving experience and the account manager assigned to me my account representative said “ we are so excited to help you make this a seamless stress free move “ didn’t even call me to explain . Radio silence . Amateurs not quite . Oh and the guys left a table in the terrace and drove off so had to drive back . What more need I say

Terrible

Terrible.
Ordered and after 3 days nothing.
Found out they tried to deliver at midday when I was not there . Not One Single Notification via e mail txt or phone call

Amateurs. Called them three times and given assurance via Pallet delivery when it would come. None were correct . Totally unreliable delivery

Product ok but hassle with points mentioned the points

As mentioned the points system is crazy . If you are entitled to points which give discount why make it so cumbersome
Just revise pricing
Product fine but unnecessary complexity to points which is a major turn off

I ordered some water softener tablets…

I ordered some water softener tablets for click and collect and was told to collect next day in my choices

When I went to Tool station in Abingdon , the product had not even been delivered …drove 20 miles from home. It’s crazy frankly . This is when online fails the customer

the system for using points earned is…

the system for using points earned is really clumsy. Why are they not always just deducted off the next purchase you make instead of having to register each time and how much you wish to use. I dont believe anyone wants to pay more for the products.
Its time consuming and made difficult intentionally to avoid savings I guess.
