Purchased a new dishwasher with delivery and unpack only. Arrived on time with good communication about delivery window etc. All very efficient and competitive price.

Got my G-Network fibre connection done today. It was a second attempt - the first was thwarted due to blocked access to the road chamber. But throughout the customer service/communication was great (thank you Sabine) and the installation was done by the thoughtful and friendly Luis.
Now enjoying my 1Gb connection.

Like many others giving 1* reviews, my purchase was cancelled & refunded and my IP address blocked so I couldn't attempt another transaction. I know the response will be that they reserve the right blah blah. I did manage to access the site again but via my phone, thinking a different email for the software login and/or maybe an alternative payment method would be OK, but then got a message that *I* was blocked because of potential fraud!
The IRONY!
Strange that they won't engage with anyone they flag as 'suspicious', you'd think a legit business would want to make a sale and it looks like a lot of people are being falsely locked out.
I understand Software Shore are under no obligation to sell to anyone, but when I know I am not in any way fraudulent/dodgy (whatever the flag is), and I am getting even more adverts for the store now... it is disappointing and frustrating.

Very easily navigated website and purchase process, plates are great quality and arrived dead on time. UKregplates couldn’t have done it better.

Great coffee, good price, quick delivery. What’s not to like?

We love our ruggable rug, but this review is for a doormat. The mat itself is fine, the black rubber surround is not so attractive in reality, it’s quite thick and prominent. Pity it is not offered in some alternative coordinating colours (beige/mushroom would look so much better in our case). As a functional doormat, it does not absorb as much moisture/dirt as we would like, even after a fairly thorough foot wiping. Given the cost, I’m not sure it was the best option.

We have a 2 bed flat (maisonette) and ordered the 2-3 bedroom pack. Nothing wrong with the contents quality but the quantity is another thing - we still needed to use an additional 25 boxes from the removals company! And we think we have a pretty uncluttered home!!

Only a week in but can’t say I can feel any effect of the sessions. I have managed to achieve much the same without help before. I’m intending to persevere…. To see if long term the willpower is improved.

We always buy our coffee beans here, Cafe Roma good value and nextday delivery, funnily enough.

This is was the first time I have purchased prescription glasses (sunglasses in this case) online, and I was a bit concerned about how it would all work. I am very pleased with my new varifocal shades, the process was straightforward and customer service helpful and responsive.
The price was also very good - I have my Persol frames with varifocal lenses for a similar price as many outlets are selling the standard sunglasses.

Lovely quality sweater, thick and luxurious. I have 40” chest and got size M, it’s a little bigger that I would have liked but otherwise no complaints. I wasn’t in a hurry so a cheaper delivery option other than UPS Express would have been welcome.

Had the seat I wanted, much cheaper than I had seen elsewhere. I had a quick response to my query checking about the fixings and It arrived quickly after I ordered.

We asked 3 companies to review the damp problem we were experiencing in our Edwardian property basement. Peter Cox came back with the most reasonable and proportional solution, there was no attempt to over extend the works required. Communication was good and the works were started on time and completed in time.
