Missing item & unable to speak with anyone.

Cannot find a telephone number for this company! The Chat Line is busy. Ordered 3 Christmas Variety Bundles & complete starter kit on the 11st December. Order No: 2310069. Tracking number: H03LMA0012506940 yet one of the Christmas bundles is missing. MUST have by Saturday as seeing my 3 sisters in London!!

SIM card in the post!!!

2024 - Saturday 10th Aug phone stolen, Sunday 11th Aug bought new phone. Monday 12th August ordered a new SIM card by telephoning from work 0800 977 7337. Sunday 18th Aug called again, they said it was delivered but would order a new one. Ask if they got a signature as I work with only 4 people. They said they don't do that as use Royal Mail! Still waiting!

Ordered Tammy side table

Ordered Tammy side table. The colour was just too light (not warm oak looking like the photograph) and whilst considered staining it decided against that and returned it. The ordering of the table and the return process really couldn’t have been easier. Would use Swoon again! Well done

Dealt mainly with Azin of St Albans…

Dealt mainly with Azin of St Albans Branch with the rest of the team happily dipping in picking up the thread as and when. Absolutely lovely company, staff cannot do enough for you, it’s a big investment so I was quite picky and indecisive but at no point did I sense any frustration or pushy sales techniques - it’s just not their way. The sofas are comfy and very well made. Azin and the team are a credit to the business. Thank you - you will be seeing some more LOL

Slow to refund

Ordered wall art. Arrived in a timely manner but had a change of heart deciding on a different scheme for my lounge. That said planned to re order different one for patio. Sent it back very quickly in the same packaging via post office a week ago and have not even received notification of receipt and therefore no refund. Very disappointing when other on line retailers such are so quick!

Very slow on refunding payments

Not entirely comfortable giving such a poor review. But I have not used this company in a few years. I have size 9 - 9.5 feet but they are narrow not wide as one would expect I think. Due to COVID still not ready to travel into London from Cambridge so ordered 4 pairs of trainers over 2 weeks non suitable but lovely but zero refunds returned to my account when other retailers have been so very prompt!!

Finally choose worsted

Finally choose worsted. Actually covered in one coat over Charleston Grey but much better with 2 coats. Very happy as hubby didn’t moan about using it in the end.

We are a small agency who have used Reed for many years and found them professional and quality of CV good compared to others. However in dealing with them this week they have really let themselves down. We have some position we need to market, positions we are grateful to have in these times and yet our Passwords are down and we are unable to post jobs.

Poor Complaints Policy by Director Relations at John Lewis

20 Aug purchased an item online using Gift Card from JL. Unfortunately not as expected, no problem so returned it to local Waitrose and was given a returns note as proof. Here I am on the 14th September 2018 STILL awaiting my refund. Cross because on the 29 August received an email from the Director Relations Case Manager (case: 09441620) telling me that “I am confident you should have your new Gift Card within the next 7 working days”. Called him today where he apologised for emailing that and that it could be up to 28 days and he wasn’t privy to where it was in the process at present. Disgusting. Ask if I could escalate this issues and he said no.
