Chinese shipping - false products

Oredered two "Pulseonch" Heart Rate Monitors at £71 after rreading reviews on "Best Pick Reviews". This link took me to this outfit with UK in its name - suggesting the goods would arrive quickly. After 3 weeks waiting for them to arrive from China, what finally arrived were 2 "COOSPO" HRMs I could have picked up on Amazon for $20 each. An absolute sham operation - as is the review website. Avoid!!

SCAM - Avoid

Avoid this outfit at all costs. Will tempt you to buy a questionable IQ report for 99p and will then have your bank details and start charging £14.99 a month (a week?) for a subscripotion which you had no idea you were signing up for. Disgusting con artists - the irony being they are luring you in by telling you how clever you are! Do not fall for it

Disappointing. Paid for next day delivery. Was delivered 3 days later .....I know that they will blame royal mail but why offer and charge for service and promises they cannot keep

This lad is a total waste of space

This lad is a waste of space. Takes money from clients and never does any work from them, then vanishes. What little he does is taken straight from ChatGPT. A boderline fantasist playing at being "company director" without any business behind him. And he hires staff, but doesnt pay them. So many excuses, ghosting, dodging, disappearing. Changes of company names, registered offices - a complete sham. Do not go near this individual or any "company" he fronts.

Further to review of journey on 2…

Further to review of journey on 2 August. Just got response from their customer serive about why I had to stand from Bristol to Leeds - apparently there was Network Rail disruption (there wasn't), and it is really difficult for staff to regulate the number of travellers choosing to travel with Open tickets (having more than 4 coaches on a Penzance/Edinburgh service might help). However, I am entitled to vouchers worth 5% of my ticket price. Hooray!! I take it all back.

Cross Country Cross Passengers

Endured this company once before and, against my better judgement, used them again last week from Bristol to Leeds in the hope that previous experience was unlucky. Sadly, not so. Train arrived late, only 4 coaches despite it being a Friday and travelling through major population centres. Massive overcrowding, reserved seats unreachable and oversubscribed, standing for 3 hours. Staff and passengers frazzled. Disgusting public and customer service. This is a deliberate choice by Cross Country. Pack them in like sardines, they don't need comfort, and we just keep on taking the exorbitant fares and government subsidies. Nationalisation cannot come soon enough to be rid of this shower of crooks

Visiting Loughborough for the first…

Visiting Loughborough for the first time, parked for 8 minutes to drop daughter at her new flat and use bathroom. Neither daughter nor i knew the area and no significant markings to suggest restrictions at 7pm. Received £100 fine. Appeal swatted away with standard rebuttal. They know I am not going to drive 100 miles to Loughborough to prove them wrong. Cheating opportunistic shysters who are a skidmark in society

Engineer did a tidy job on the installation. However, he has left us with no phone line - phone jack was left unconnected and we cannot get it to work. Trying to get anyone to help is impossible - SKY have no means of contacting and Openreach claim no responsibility. Classic example of subcontracted, substandard work with each party leaving the customer high and dry

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before dealing with this shoddy outfit. The "Indestructible Trimmer" was shipped from China. No instructions - just a big lump of useless metal. It turns out I need an adapter (which is pictured on the box but is crucially not included) - but this can be bought for a further £14.99 but no guarantee it will fit even with the adapter set as they do not tell you which models it fits. And forget trying to get a refund - and utter rip off. Avoid at all costs!

Pleasant, not pushy, efficient

We were hoping to get a 2 seater sofa tonmatch a 4 seater we bought 2 years ago. The assistant (Tash?) was able to find our previous order and helped us find what we needed in no time at all. The atmosphere was relaxed and not the grim hard sell we wxperienced in SCS.
Very quick and easy process. And she seems a really lovely lady too.

Import VAT and Customs charges

Just been contacted to pay £45 to a shipping agent importing my order (value £145) into the UK - including an administration fee of £11.50. Makes the purchase totally uneconomical vs buying from a UK retailer. And now worried about the cost of shipping back if items don't fit. Steer well clear.

Subsequent response from Deporvillage is true, if a little disingenuous. Customs duties are of course caused by our idiot UK government. And Deporvillage do mention it in the small print without making it explicit that your order will attract Import charges (they seem to know charges kick in above a certain level, but no mention at checkout) Seems deliberately underhand. What it means though, is that you have no idea whatsoever how much the goods are going to eventually cost, you are flying blind. For this reason probably cheaper to find a UK supplier.

Good staff...shame about the delay!

Boarding was quick and efficient and all ground and air crew were very good.

Unfortunately flight was delayed by nearly 3 hours which meant we landed at LBA at 0100 long after all public transport options had gone. Taxi home cost the same as the flight from Dubrovnik!!

Do not ever use this Vendor

The product looks absolutely nothing like in the online pictures - what was pictured was a chunky hoodie/pullover - what arrived was a screen printed polyester nightmare. The garment lacked any information on material/size/washing instructions etc - extremely cheap!! Returns policy is that you have to send it back to China at your own cost - in my case at more than I paid for the product. This company is breaching consumer law in this country and should not be allowed to sell here. For your own sake, spend your money at a reputable retailer. And please could someone investigate them and close down their fraudulent operations here!

4 weeks on and still no product

4 weeks on and still no product. Hermes have never received it. And UltraOnline"UK" refuse to refund. Now simply ignoring my requests. Have had to ask for credit card issuer to get involved. This is a criminal operation. Do not believe all the 5 star reviews - you can see from the similar style ("I saved $235.60 on buying the Xiaomea 3,2xtB device etc etc). Anyone studying these so called 5star reviews can see they are produced by bots with the sole purpose of burying the honest 1 star reviews posted by ripped off victims. Not once has the company addresses a poor review on here. Ultra Online Hong Kong is a scam. Avoid.

Avoid Avoid Avoid...Complete Scam

Ordered an Apple Tv from this outfit on March 27. Three days later got a Hermes tracking number saying it had been dispatched. Email came from Hong Kong which was the first sign of trouble. It is now April 17. Hermes have never received the product. Ultra Online UK (Not Uk at All!) say the Courier has lost it. And they cannot cancel the order or issue a refund. This is an outright scam operation. Please avoid and save your time and money.

Didnt show up on the collection day…

Didnt show up on the collection day (Friday) they said they would...wasted a day waiting in for them.

They sent an email at 4pm saying they were definitely coming.
The sent an email after 5pm to say they weren't coming (didn't call), and changing the collection date until Monday.

Kid at other end didn't get his bike on the weekend.

One positive - they did deliver the bike to the correct address.
