The website should not tell you it’s in stock , when it’s not

Tried calling to find out where my…

Tried calling to find out where my items are, 2 Difibrilators , paid for 2 weeks ago . Nothing still . Promised to ring me back . Still nothing
. When purchased , website said items in stock .
