Quality

Always receive quality items. Fragrances smell newer than what is available in most stores. My most recent example is my purchase of Gucci Bloom. Much better quality at much lower price than my previous purchase at a store that sounds like Acey. Significantly lower cost which I appreciate. Very prompt delivery.

Red Flags Waving

Big red flag when I went to just buy one bottle to see if the hype was well earned. Paid for ONE bottle using PayPal. Directed back to site told my purchase wasn't complete (not true, payment processed as soon as placed) until I watched a self promoting video that cost me 10 minutes of life I won't get back. No, just want the one bottle. In that video I saw more photoshop than on any social media, that was my last and final wave of red flag that made me abandon the sale ship. Did what I should have done before placing order, checked reviews including Trust Pilot. Next went to PayPal, canceled payment and sent email to Olavita. I did receive a cancelation confirmation both PayPal and the company. Will play waiting game for refund. Shouldn't need to because reputable companies don't post payment until product ships. Third red flag that makes Olavita questionable.

Jjill.com Has Lost a Loyal Customer

Third time I have encountered problems with online ordering. My numerous calls to "customer service " have been experiences in rudeness and poor excuses. No accountability and deflection. Attempts to place blame on the customer. I am a loyal, long-time customer but treated with disrespect. My issue is STILL pending resolution after two weeks and five calls.

Every time I see UPS as the carrier

Every time I see UPS as the carrier, I know I will encounter major problems. So, too many issues to address. This Christmas season is the worst. I have three separate orders now just riding around taking a tour for the past two days. Tracking has claimed "out for delivery". Email, ghosted. Finally connected with my local hub where packages were loaded. Rude, inconsiderate and no help at all. Can't even locate THREE packages that are suppose to be on a truck for delivery?

In order to educate people

In order to educate people, who like myself, did not know this: Ubereats does not have a dedicated phone customer service line. If a problem occurs a person experiences a convoluted and misleading path to express the problem. Not good customer service. Will not provide compensation for inedible food and rude late and unprofessional delivery. Will not even offer a credit to be used on additional order to retain business. I will be continuing with Grubhub and Doordash. Those two at least listen and make good on bad service.

Bait and Switch

Very unreliable. Received a call from a rep who could barely speak English. Told me could not deliver my order on my date but could not provide alternative dates. Received email 5 minutes after I told rep to just cancel my order. Could deliver on Val Day for an extra 10 dollar delivery fee. Sounds like a bait and switch. Teleflora has pulled this before so will not be doing business with them any longer

Take A Chance

I have placed NUMEROUS orders, encountered a few problems, such as receiving wrong books, missing books and books not in the condition as ordered, which I paid extra for best condition. Shipping can be slow, orders taking up to week after ordering to be shipped. Customer service is less than helpful, can be flat out rude, implying problems are the customer fault. I continue to order because selection and prices ARE great. Just go into it aware that transaction may have issues.

I WOULD GIVE 5 STARS BUT SOME SELLERS ARE REALLY SLOW TO SHIP WHILE OTHERS ARE SCARY FAST. MORE ARE IN BETWEEN. ALSO, IF ORDERERING FROM MULTIPLE SELLERS IT CAN BECOME DIFFICULT TO KEEP TRACK OF ITEMS NOT RECEIVED.
