In order to educate people, who like myself, did not know this: Ubereats does not have a dedicated phone customer service line. If a problem occurs a person experiences a convoluted and misleading path to express the problem. Not good customer service. Will not provide compensation for inedible food and rude late and unprofessional delivery. Will not even offer a credit to be used on additional order to retain business. I will be continuing with Grubhub and Doordash. Those two at least listen and make good on bad service.
