Had a flight from Menorca to Mallorca booked, with a connecting flight to Berlin. Flight from Menorca at 07:40 was cancelled by the airline at last minute - found out at check-in!

Called Kiwi helpline at 7am, spoke to their Travel Consultant - David M. David was very calm, positive and professional, within 10 mins on the phone he had new arrangements in place and landed in Berlin at 17:50 that afternoon, just a few hours later than originally planned.

When you see all your plans going down the drain, and the first person you speak to says 'don't worry - I will sort this for you' is just fantastic.

Top class service with a real person at the end of a phone if you get into difficulties. You might be able to sort flights a bit cheaper yourself, but the service I received was worth the small extra you may pay.
