Good customer service but for some reason they changed sales person so some communication lost

Airport experience going through Edinburgh airport queues were long few people with mobility issues should have been taken to manned desk instead of queuing through self service.

My wife has health issues Staysure were recommended by a family member.
Filled in all conditions price was very reasonable thankfully we didn't need to claim

Lights not as bright as I expected but still nice enough

Delivered in good time think the screw size were a little to short considering the size of the hinges screws a little bit soft heads chewed a little when driving in

Ordered Hob and oven came 2 days later received a phone call day before and free pick of old goods was offered because I was returning customer fantastic service

Ordered really simply arrived on the day arranged

So straight forward

After leaving Sterling who for some reason didn't want to sell us anything we came across Harvey's what a breath of fresh air assistant couldn't do enough purchase was made and we will pick up in around 5 weeks

Since moving to Bulb we have had excellent service. Always informed well in advance if there will be a price increase/decrease due to energy market. Would recommend to anyone.
