Every person lies and hangs up when you point that out,

Transferred over from sky, requested we keep the same number service went live with a different number.

Spoke to so many diffrent people saying we need our original number, every single one came out with a different story,
1st it has to be left.for 14 days (load of bs)
2nd a manger is dealing with it.

3rd we are just a bit behind we will emaill once it's done.

4th yep I have sent this back to my manager he will reply in a few minutes.

5th no it takes 14 days because it has not been requested on the original order

Talk about left hand not knowing what the right hand is doing

Worst mistake ever

We use ma web design to create our website and carry out monthly seo work.

We always find Mark to be friendly helpful and very knowledgeable and always direct us in the right direction.

Attended oxygen in Rayleigh (we had visited before when it was base jump and the kids lived it).

First impressions where OK, we had sometime to kill as we arrived 30 mins early as requested but told to come down 10 mins before our allocated time that's ok.

Went up to the cafe to grab a drink , that's when it went south, ordered a cup of tea and hot chocolate and slushes foer kids very over priced but OK.

While.making the tea the girl Mon the counter started sniffing the milk to check its OK not a great look,

We also order a bacon roll which was a health hazard , I'm pretty sure if I started chest compression I could of brought it back to life as it was that under cooked, it was plain cold and came out 5 mins after we ordered so hadn't been sat for a while.

The cafe floor is sticky (we was there in the morning so not had a clean from the day before.

Not a great experience and one we will not repeat, sticky floors, over price I could accept but risks of under cooked pork is just plain dangerous and clearly shows a look of knowledge and food and hygiene certificate

Horrendous company, impossible to speak too use you have hours spare to stay on hold.

Anyone you talk too can't get a monkeys about you or the claim.

I hope what ever companies use you drop you as the service you provide (lol yeah right) is appalling

Steer well clear

Absolutely disgusting service, trying to resolve a claim is impossible.

No one takes responsibility for anything, spoke to Daniel.l on live chat get told to click a link he disappeared I'm now 23 in the q.

The shower of s h I t e they use for the claims Davis group is worse than useless.

Can contact them and if you for get through (after 60mins on hold) noone gives a monkey.

Will never use you again once my policy expires

They manage to send email after email selling over priced add ons, when you are due a refund they ignore multiple emails and messages.
Try to talk to someone and all they say is send a email.
Really is a absolute joke of a company and I would rather pull my toe nails out then sail with this circus

Scum rip off company do not use ever!!!!!! they sign you up for nothing hate them scum.


If you raise a complaint it gets ignored no notes placed about the complaint in the first place (convenient) if you then re complain you get threats with the legal team you get debt collectors letters and according to YELL if you pay you accept your in the wrong.
The cancellation fee is 80% a complete scum bag rip off company,

I would rather pull my toe nails with a tow rope than use this pi$$ poor excuse of a company.
