My Blue, 3 seater, chesterfield designed, sofa arrived earlier then estimated, which was great.

Constant communication via text and email kept me updated on the delivery itself.

Delivery was timely, delivery people, were friendly. The Sofa itself was delivered in 3 boxes and had to be assembled but this was extremely simple and took minutes.

The sofa itself is beautiful. The colour is Royal blue rather than navy. It feels luxurious and looks much more expensive then the price payed. This is my second, so now I have a matching pair.

I would definitely buy from home detail again. Their prices are reasonable and their service is really good.

Parcels not being delivered, on two occasions,when they say they will and no communication as to why.

I’ve used Argos for years and years, because they were always good value and always convenient however, I’m not going to be using them anymore. The last 5 or 6 items I have ordered have been offered to me in a less than acceptable condition. some have obviously been returned opened, haphazardly, repackaged and then offered to me! One item didn’t even have the box it was supposed to come in! I don’t want to pay for brand new goods and be palmed off with substandard, second hand tat! I have used more than one Argos and the same standard seems to apply across the board. So they have lost my custom and the custom of anyone who asks for a recommendation.

We’ve mostly used the 40% discount on cinema tickets. This makes the price of seeing a movie much more palletable especially if you go as a family you save a fortune. We intend to use the euro camp discount in the future and have used the discounts at Legoland too. It’s comes in very useful indeed.
