Great balance bike

Great balance bike. My 2.5 years granddaughter loves it and I can see now the importance of using balance bike for the toddlers prior to proper bike.

very poor customer service !
Although they call it "customer care team” - laughable. Went on line to buy an expensive Imeeden Prime renewal (64 Stg each) and use promotion “ three for the price of two”. I had an internet interruption while placing my order, therefore it appeared two packs instead of three. I contacted so called “customer care team” and explained that the genuine error had been made while I was placing my order and kindly asked them to honor third pack to me. Since then I had been communication with the six different names “customer care” assistants who took a lot of time to instruct me to me how to place the Boots orders, how to return ( ignoring that they do not accept the return of vitamins even in original package), etc. I have been Boots loyal customer for more then 25 years. Voting with me feet now.

Had to put one star

Had to put one star, although they do not deserve one. Appalling, customer service. I received one pack of conductive gel, although ordered four. After five days of trying to contact so called customer service, someone replied, suggesting to contact the Marketplace, although I bought and paid to Superdrug for my order. They didn't even bother to give me contact info. Sent email to Marketplace — no reply. Noone talk to me. very frustrating. The attitude is : we got your money — go away.
