After ordering and returning pair of trainers online from Brooks (didn’t fit, felt ‘wrong’, colour not at all what I expected) I travelled to Oxford to speak to a professional. I couldn’t be more impressed with Aaron -extremely knowledgeable and so helpful.
I bounced out of there with trainers that are comfortable and fit for purpose and with lots of information to apply if I ever have to make an online purchase again.
