I signed up for £69 trial offer and unknowingly to an automatic annual renewal of £229...notified by an invoice through email. No notification ( I thought 14 days notice before subscriptions are due ) to alert you that the fee was going to be coming out of your account. I have requested a refund and I have manage to navigate my way into finding how to do this...if you use your android phone for the app your account details / payment are not visible there. Be warned !! Reading through trust pilot this has happened to quite a few customers...

A lovely lady( Jasmine) from My Heritage has just rang, she offered ( and I accepted) 50% refund. I'm more than happy with this outcome. I have to say the customer service was excellent.

Delivery guy is brilliant, friendly and will put my deliveries away out of the bad weather. So thoughtful.

The Dish washer Samsung DW60M050FS-SS is awful for loading ...the cutlery racks have slim spacing thus making loading a nightmare...so frustrating! We don't like this model at all.

Fantastic service from start to delivery ( i found the delivery tracking option really helpful) a Phone call the day before (delivery ) with an estimated time slot was appreciated.

The toilet and basin that I ordered has been installed and looking fabulous , the quality is very good for the price. I'm so pleased with the Victoria plum experience I have ordered a cloak room suite and it's arriving soon!!
