Great quick service. Easy to upload pictures to create card. Only issue was adding address for delivery. Had to do several times before it worked which was not a problem previously. Lovely card but underestimated size of giant and font

Great service as always. Shame u have started to charge for delivery given there is no longer a local store near me. Staff always busy and sometimes feels like they are less attentive as am just collecting

Would have given this no stars if it was possible. After problems with order made on 25/10( still waiting for them to provide copy of complaints policy), had to chase for fitting which was suppose to be 3 weeks after order I was patient due to lockdowns but had to call them after 5 weeks to be told they had forgotten, confirmed fitting which was suppose to happen today just been told it’s gone missing and their is no compensation policy. I have no carpets in bedroom now and it’s a week before Christmas- absolutely no customer service or customer care. This is a difficult year for everyone and carpet right continue to add to the stress

Customer service was awful. They quoted me the wrong price, then without telling me charges me more without me noticing and when I queried it said they would not refund difference and did not bother to call me back despite me calling and going into store.
