I received this as a gift last of May

I received this as a gift last of May. It worked good for 2 months. I have been on customer service, telephone and on line over 7 times. I charge it to 100%, then no power after 2 hours. My moments are duplicating themselves. Then I get a notice I do not have permission to use this app. I no receive a notice there is a bird on the feeder and now no longer records. I’m disappointed and frustrated. Customer service was very nice especially Julie but NO ONE has been able to help. What is my next step? I don’t want to leave a bad review but it now has done nothing but malfunction, working only a month! It was a gift so I can’t even get a refund. Is there anything Birdfy will do for me?

Disappointed!

Our sales person, Bob Marx was GREAT! He was knowledgeable, patient and very sincere. We would have easily given him FIVE stars. Other sales personnel also were very courteous. However the Novi Store Manager Gary (I have no last name) was condescending to both our salesman and myself. He was rigid, highly impersonal, and repeated the same sentence over and over. “this is corporate policy”, that is all he said. I cannot believe there is no flexibility to help satisfy the customer, Isn’t that important to Gardner White’s Corporate office?. My dealings with Gary are too long to explain in this survey but I would like someone OTHER than Gary to contact me. I will not shop there again if he is the manager. As the saying goes, if you are happy with the service you tell a few people, if unhappy you tell many, many people. It is a beautiful store inside but you will lose customers if this issue isn’t solved.
