Avoid

Product seems decent enough albeit a long wait time.
2 major problems; first is with the customer service. A complete lack of communication from Hygee unless chasing them myself for an answer. When you did get an answer from them it was like you’re an inconvenience for contacting them and that the answer is obvious and I should have known.
Second point was the installation. After three weeks of waiting the date was changed with no conversation just an email telling me to accept or decline the change, installation was planned for 4-7pm and they didn’t actually show up till 7pm with the full intent on installing it from 7pm - 11pm which is totally unacceptable.
Currently couldn’t in good conscience recommend buying from them.

No mention of any pre order or delays in shipping on the website. paid for 2 day delivery to get product for a birthday gift and item went from 2 days to 7-10 days now 14 days. Several emails sent and now not even replying. Avoid.

Additionally, this lead time message is prominently displayed in bold AMBER letters in the cart.

Awful company

Awful company. The staff member that handed the vehicle over from Birmingham city centre pick up said they didn’t have time to check the vehicle over with me as it was late an they were closing up. Gave it back no issues, 2 weeks later receive an email stating i owe them £1k in damages.

product delivered looked nothing like the photos. Very poor quality and cheap materials. Not a U.K. based company as they advertise. Very unwilling to give refund when requested, will not offer returns to U.K. Must return to China. Reported to trading standards.

Joke company

Ordered the frame online 10 weeks ago. Delay after delay and virtually impossible to talk to someone about online orders. After already cancelling one delivery date they cancelled the second one less than 24 hours before the delivery stating “we don’t even know where your bed is at the moment”. Takes over 2 weeks to get reply back. Won’t buy from or recommend again.

Saying attempted delivery two days in a…

Saying attempted delivery two days in a row. I work from home and have CCTV they didn’t attempt delivery. Now can’t get hold of them. Terrible company. Will be cancelling my order with the retailer based on the delivery service.
