Sent my electrical item nearly a week ago and have had no correspondence despite tracking the parcel was delivered 3 days ago. I had chosen them as they were quick payers. Sent two emails but alas no reply AVOID...

Look I know what your thinking " It can't be that price and I bet you its rubbish quality and it takes ages" Ordered 2 pairs of sun glasses. They arrived before they should have and were good quality and was kept up to date with package. Overall I can't fault TEMU . Definitely use them again.

I couldn't find a beer I had in Germany about 25 years ago. Low and behold they had it and sent it out with a small delivery charge and product was as I remembered The price was also great as well.

Can only speak from experience but the after care of this company is shocking. Yes they will take your money . We paid over £400 for a good reliable stroller and after we had teething problems they didn't want to know. They didn't respond to emails and were constantly being fobbed off with the repair technician isn't available.
We then went straight to the manufacturer who couldn't be more helpful. But low and behold what held the replacement up was the non communication at the Pram Store End. Be aware they will take your money and smile but after that you mean nothing to them. AVOID....

A good experience and was really pleased with the ease at which my flights were booked. My one gripe was when I actually needed to speak to someone as one of the flights I was on I had to physically check in had a problem they couldn't understand me and decipher my problem.
