I looked through their wide selection of Getty images and selected several, which Photo.com turned into open cards, for birthdays, Christmas etc, for people and occasions where I want something special. The cost was very reasonable, even before the 20% intro discount. Printed in one’s country of residence, import duties are avoided. The quality is outstanding, and the packaging shows care and attention to detail. Unlike shop-bought cards, no-one, receiving one of Photo.com’s cards, would be in any rush ever to throw it away. A really beautiful service for people who care or want something out of the ordinary. I can’t wait to use them, knowing the impact they will make.

Outstanding performance. Unknowingly, I bought a counterfeit AEM UEGO air-fuel ratio kit 30-0300 on ebay. (The seller immediately refunded.). Having discovered the extent of counterfeiting of this product and the inability to buy the FAE version in the UK, I went to the DriftShop website, the only clear and easy-to-navigate website of the many sites I visited. Given my bad experience, I emailed to be absolutely sure the kit contained the FAE sensor and not the Bosch sensor; Pierre replied very quickly and courteously and confirmed it; their website does make it crystal clear, but I wanted reassurance. I placed my order and was more than happy to pay the import duties knowing this was a genuine kit. It arrived safely a few days later and was clearly the genuine article. At all stages, the DriftShop and DPD kept me aware of progress of the parcel.

I would have no hesitation in returning to this seller, even if it meant paying import duties on entry to the UK, should I need any item they sell.

The customer service is like that you get from a really good family firm. The Groove Adjustable Pillow finally banished my wife’s neck pain. She described the pillow as “fantastic” and “heavenly”. We did not need to remove any of the panels: it worked straight out of the box. We have a cupboard full of pillows she has tried, and they’re just the ones I couldn’t return. The peace and quiet is now “heavenly” for me.

I have used this firm for a dozen years or more. The service has always been second to none. Completely trustworthy, genuine and friendly. And very reasonable prices, as a bonus. I always try them first, followed by a phone call if needed, before looking anywhere else.

Brushing my teeth used to be a chore, but my Suri has changed all that. Even after some 7 months, it still feels like a novelty as I run my to tongue over my teeth afterwards. I now look forward to using the new Suri toothpaste with it.

I was sceptical despite the excellent Truspilot reviews. I bought the Windows 11 Home to Pro upgrade at considerably less than half the price asked in the ComputerActive Software store, which, desrvedly has dreadful reviews. At £19, it was £100 less than what Microsoft wanted. So my scepticism was justified. However, the instructions were good and the licence key worked. My fears were unwarranted: it went extremely smoothly.

I wonder how many people, who get their energy from suppliers other than Octopus, have a clue about the name of that company’s CEO? Having heard Greg Jackson interviewed on Radio 4’s Gap Finders, as well as on various news programmes, I am extremely impressed by him and his dedication to getting the best for his customers. We see and hear far too much about the seedy and greedy side of capitalism. Octopus under Greg Jackson is a breath of fresh air and an example of how a successful business could be run, where the interests of the customer, not the shareholder, are put first.

I’m delighted. I have now received my very first order with Doxzoo, a spring-bound, 30-page text document, printed in colour between clear acetate covers. I placed it on Sunday, and I had it in my hand, through Royal Mail, mid-morning on the Tuesday. Previously, I’d used Doxdirect, but the final straw was yet another snag on their website. After a long struggle of a search for an alternative, thankfully, I came across Doxzoo. Placing my order was extremely straightforward, the cost was more than reasonable, and the quality is just superb. From start to finish, it’s been a first-rate experience, that has left me looking around to see what else I can send off for printing and binding.

A breath of fresh air! Up to now I’ve used Doxdirect, but far too often there’d be some sort of snag with ordering on their website, and today was the last straw. Thankfully, I eventually found Doxzoo, and what a breath of fresh air: ordering was so easy and so straightforward. What a well thought out website. And the price was so reasonable I had to very carefully check that it really was going to be in colour along with all the extras I ordered.

I am glad I switched from Santander to First Direct. Anyone thinking of switching should beware and avoid the mistake I made: to qualify for the £175 joining bonus, you have to make 5 payments with the debit card in some 45 days of opening the account. Cash withdrawals from an ATM, DO NOT COUNT!

Every cleaning always leaves my teeth feeling as smooth as 20 minutes’ poking around by a dental hygienist. I thought my Philips Sonicare electric toothbrush was good until I got my Sure, which is in a completely different league.

I started using electric toothbrushes at least 10 years ago, starting with Oral B, then Philips Sonicare and now Suri. Each one was a vast improvement on what I used previously. But when I’ve used the Suri and play my tongue over my teeth, it feels as though I have been to the dental hygienist. I was so pleased with it, I bought another for my brother. I thought the Sonicare was good and I recommended it to people, but the Suri is in another class. The design shouts “quality”, and unboxing it and the carry case is just like unboxing an Apple product: as much attention to detail has gone into the packaging as has been devoted to the toothbrush and its case. This is my toothbrush for life; I actually look forwards to brushing my teeth now.

Try changing the culture instead of the name. They’re so unreliable that I stick 2 labels on, with Sellotape around the edges to guarantee adhesion. I take photos of the parcel for when it gets lost. And they still manage to lose things. How can a company be so bad and unreliable? The latest parcel they have lost is one metre long and 10cm in diameter. It had 2 labels on it, stuck with extra tape around the edges to make sure they can’t fall off. What else dies the sender need to do to ensure Evri doesn’t lose things?

Why can’t I log in on browsers on an Apple device? It offers me only the business login.

After using Smartseal’s Xtreme patio cleaner on my block paving drive, I used their Xtreme roof cleaner on my roof tiles. I also bought one of their professional 12L sprayers, which is a dream tool. I then ordered a trial tin of polyurethane block paving sealer to use on a test area of my driveway. Very happy with the results, I’ve just ordered 2 large tubs of the sealer, which Emma has dealt with in a most efficient and friendly way. So I have been dealing with Smartseal quite a bit over the last year and have spoken to several of its employees. Everyone has proved to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy: when they say they are going to do something, it gets done, and quickly. Moreover, I like and fully trust their products. A couple of days ago a neighbour was having their drive professionally sealed. I spoke to the owner of the one-man business, who was using a different company’s product. I told him I was about to place an order with Smartseal. He said, “They’re a good company.” and that I won’t go wrong with any of their products. That was nice to hear and reassuring, too. I certainly wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for anything they sell.

Excellent service. I ordered a pair of Titan safety boots at 2pm and had them delivered personally by Mr Borr, who lives not far away, just 3 hours later. The boots are very comfortable, high quality and extremely reasonably priced. And they look so smart that it seems a shame to use them as workwear. I’ll certainly be using this firm again when I need more safety footwear.

The worst company in the UK. The printer in my local drop off shop has been broken for 3 days. And all methods of printing labels at home don’t work. “Our service is currently unavailable. We’re working hard to solve this issue. Please try again later.” We’re now into the following day and the service is still down, and this is by no means the first time this has happened. Nothing ever works smoothly with Hermes. it’s impossible to talk to a human to find out why. Useless in the extreme. I wish I did not have to use them; however, all Post Offices im my local area have been shut down.

Trustpilot is giving me the option to enter the parcel barcode. If only I could get that far!
