Still waiting, appalling service

I contacted the RAC at 19.30 on 1st July. I received texts for the next four hours stating various eta's.After the 23.30 eta was not kept. I telephoned and was told no engineer available. My wife and I remained with the car until 1.30am 2nd July. We were too late to travel to the hotel and had to sleep in the car. Rac complaint procedure states that they respond within eight weeks. Not true as still waiting.Complaint (ref: UF114081017) & still waiting.
