Excellent service and an excellent product.

I recently purchased a console table from this company. I was unsure about the colour so messaged them for further info and was offered a wood sample. This was duly sent out within a few days. I decided to purchase the table and am delighted with it. It arrived incredibly well packaged and looks great! Really good quality. For sale on other sites for a much higher price too!! Thank you. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

A great time had by all!

A great time had by all. The accommodation was much larger than expected with the added bonus of a lovely patio and garden area with great views. Clean and very well appointed with a very generous welcome hamper. Thankyou.
As a group of 6 ladies of a certain age, the 3 double beds were perhaps not an ideal choice as we all found the bedrooms and bedding very hot.
Overall, a great weekend was had and we would definitely recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Whatever you do, do NOT order anything from this company. I have just had the worst online purchase experience and I can't actually believe that trading standards allow this company to treat their customers so poorly. We placed an order at the beginning of December '24 for two beds, one was not available until March'25 which was fine with us and the second was delivered early January. Once we opened our package, apart from the padded sides being dirty, we realised that we had no slats or fixings so could not assemble the bed. It was then that we realised we had no way of contacting Dusk customer services apart from by email. And so began the weeks and weeks and weeks of emails, forward and back, me trying to explain that we had the expensive parts and just needed the slats and fixings and members of Dusk team just not helping. Their email responses usually took days in between each communication so I constantly felt like I was being placed at the bottom of the pile and forgotten about. Meanwhile, sensing that I was not dealing with a good organisation, I decided to go online and cancel the order for the bed that was due in March. Even this took persistence on my part and was not straightforward. Refunds take up to a week to process apparently!
Eventually, we managed to get Dusk to collect the 'bed parts' at the beginning of February and issue us with a full refund. Meaning that Dusk had our money for over two months and we received nothing but stress. I will NEVER use this company again. Please do yourself and your blood pressure a favour, don't risk it!

Delighted!

Delighted with our whole experience with Sueno. Initial samples were dispatched quickly helping us to choose the fabric for our headboard.
Our online order was swiftly followed up by a phone call to confirm our choices.
The headboard was ready and dispatched much sooner than we had expected with phone calls confirming that we would be in on the day of delivery.
Communication throughout was excellent, keeping us up to date with tracking.
We are really impressed with the headboard, a really solid, quality item and have decided to place another order. Well done Sueno and thank you!

First time using ziffit to sell old books and dvds. Very easy to do, make sure you have a suitable box for packaging. Very easy drop off at Inpost. Took a while to process and get payment and certainly didn’t make a fortune but would use again.

Nutriseed newbie

I ordered 10 days worth of juices and they arrived very quickly. The boxes were a bit bashed and contents not fully frozen but this has not impacted on my enjoyment of the juices.
I decided to do a 5 day juice detox and then switch to 5:2 or 4:3
The first 2 days of the detox were tough as I felt really tired and hungry but after that it became easier and I’m already feeling more energetic, looking better with the added bonus of inch and weight loss. It’s still early days for me but so far I have been very impressed.

Ill fitting Adidas slides.

Ordered two pairs of Adidas slides for my son and husband. Exactly the same as ones previously bought but totally different sizes apparently! ? The original ones still fit but were worn out so just needed to replace with identical pairs. Placed side by side the new ones were shorter plus a much tighter fit.
Paid to have them delivered to home then paid to have them sent back again. No option to return in store. Great service? No!

Incredibly slow to dispatch

Incredibly slow to dispatch. I have used this company twice now. Products are fine but dispatch took so long. I first tried last year and put the slow delivery down to covid and getting used to heavy amount of orders, however, have just tried again at end of January and it took 12 days from order to delivery. Not good.
