I have always used Zooplus to order food for my cat and I must say I’m very impressed with their services. Every time I had a question regarding the foods, Zooplus would go to the manufacturer and then relay back to me the information and very quick to respond.
Due to Brexit, there have been a few delays (I had to wait for 2 weeks for an order to be delivered and then again I understand delays can happen especially when the order is coming from Germany as we are lucky we still have Zooplus because most of the German cat manufacturers are not delivering to UK anymore due to Brexit). After having contacted customer services for an update, they were king enough to send me an unexpected £10 voucher which was very much appreciated.
I have made an order yesterday and its already out for delivery today!

ordered a set of brushes which never arrived. kept waiting for the confirmation email of the shipping which never came hence contacted Morphe. they’ve told me that due to ‘system error’ my order has been cancelled as they didn’t even have the brushes in stock at all. absolute joke

I wish I could’ve given 0 stars. This company doesn’t deserve to be trading honestly. Disgusting and incapable customer service and sky high estimated bills!!! They’ve are the absolute worst nightmare anyone can have. They have billed us 700£ pounds for 4 months for a 2 bedroom flat where someone was hardly even living there because we were spending most of the time at work. Having wasted hours on the phone with them they were still unable to provide an accurate bill and ended up being chased by debt collection agency. When I was finally feeling relieved that I finally got rid of them, I received a final bill which AGAIN was higher than quoted when I had provided the final meter reading. I had to speak to 4 different people, was told four different things, managed to pay the amount which was previously agreed on and now I’m being chased by debt collection agency AGAIN! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!
