No drop off point in my town. Drop off point does not exist.

Edited because my refund did eventually arrive and they’ve were responsive to messages.
Bought my label and rushed to the drop off to get it there so it would arrive at the destination tomorrow but the shop does not accept Any parcels from Any company. I had to buy a new label for collection instead and get a refund but the refund wasn’t taken off the cost of the new label so I’ve effectively paid twice. I can’t see on the website how long my refund will take. I tried to message them but you get a send message box which then leads to a pop up confirm request which does not work! This whole thing has cost me hours! I will never use this company again.
