Ordered on recommendations of friends who have been buying from them for some time and had already noticed difference in quality/ appearance of skin and noticeable improvement with reduced joint pain. Have only been using for a few weeks but starting to feel some benefits now, particularly the skin on my face and arms so am hopeful I will see more improvements with continued use. Good selection of properties and descriptions are accurate. Website a bit annoying with pop ups. Easy enough to book. Good communication about booking.

Hate not being able to talk to z real human. The descriptionn of faults to choose from when booking a repair did not remotely explain what was the issue and not enough opportunity to explain fault.
Appliance broke 3 times in 9 mths each time costing me hundreds of pounds in wasted food but the complaint in which I said I had lost faith in it (one repair lasted 6 weeks) not upheld.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Emailed them with a problem I had and they couldn't care less. I did find Chris from the Birkenhead store more helpful but as a company they are diabolical.

Very easy to book but one thing that I find extremely annoying and intrusive are the pop ups wgich tell me someone in Cumbria has booked a property in Shropshire etc. Seriously who cares!?!

Slightly difficult to get through to book a repair by phone but when the repair man came he was friendly, helpful and not only fixed the problem but gave good advice regarding cars and maintenance of product
