My gas boiler is leaking, the boiler is in the kitchen and underneath it there is a washing machine socket. The water has gone in the socket and it is tripping the kitchen sockets. I reported it around the 7/1/2025, the appointment was done for the 20/1/2025. I got a text before the engineer came. I opened the door for him and he checked it and he told me he needs 3 parts to fix it and if he switch off the boiler there will be no hot water in the house. So he asked me when I will be home so they could be back to fix it and I said Thursday that week. He told me someone will contact me to confirm the appointment. No one called that week, I called the office and explained to them what happened and they told me I should give them 48hours and I did. No one called, so I called back to get the shock of my life, they told me that someone attended the house on the date the engineer came and I told them I had to go to work and denied them access. The weird thing is I don't work and I did let engineer in and he told me he couldn't fix it because he didn't have parts to fix it. My boiler is still leaking and I wish I could switch to another housing association or be a direct council tenant. I regret choosing this housing association can anyone advice on what to do. I have had enough. They lied I had to go to work when am not working currently and lied I refused them access but I let the guy in and he told me he couldn't fix it because he didn't have parts in his van. Trying to lie on my head is the worst thing you can do because you are trying to cover your mistake. Be wise if you are bidding at the moment.

Repair repair repair
How long should repairs be taking. Lord have mercy I have no light in the bathroom for ages now and their contractor keeps pushing the dates forward without informing me and I have young kids in the house, one has autism and hates being in the dark. I tried to explain to them they told me to buy lamp and extension cord for the bathroom can you imagine that. What if water gets in accidentally. I have called twice but no one has sorted it out. I'm soo fed up.

Terrible terrible horrible
I bought a tablet m10 from Lenovo in December for my child. A few weeks ago it stopped charging and kept switching off whenever he was watching videos. I sent it to Lenovo and it's still under warranty only for them to start telling me it needs parts replacement and the faulty bit was due to customer pressing the screen. Like seriously it's a touchscreen tablet how is someone supposed to use it? Blow it. There people then sends me images of it switched on and telling me it's been fixed and I need to pay £159 plus £75 parts plus £25 vat
I bought that tablet for about £150. Why didn't they tell me before they decided to do all those things and expect me to pay. Are they normal? Who in their right mind will pay more to fix something that cost cheaper to buy a new one. I will not pay a penny and I intend to take this further. Horrible company and I will never be buying Lenovo products again never

Bury branch - Second floor cashier made me feel very uncomfortable shopping. I was there with my kids and this woman kept following us and watching us like as if we were not welcome in the shop. I wanted to confront the woman but I didn't want my kids to have a bad experience in the shop. I was looking for charger and my kids wanted to have a look at the toys. I could feel the woman's eyes on my back watching me as if I was doing something wrong. I have bought soo many things at the range including mattress and home decor items but after my experience yesterday I plan to switch to ikea

This company has been reported to bbc watchdog and it operates under 7 different names. If you have atol certificates please go claim your refund because this company is permanently closed. The deadline for refunds is July 2023.

I am still waiting for my refund since last year. Avoid this company and those people rating this company high rates am sure they are fake and work for this company. I want my money back

I lived in newham 15 years before I moved to Manchester. I thank God I moved because last week I was in london after being away for 4 years to visit family and friends and I regret ever going to newham borough in particular. I was fined so many times for parking on roads where there was no parking machine or signs. There is a particular street in Upton Park called Harold Rd where it states you can pay at the machine and there’s no machine and when you go to the end of the road you see a sign of PayByPhone which I did and when I came back to the car I found a ticket, I still had 15mins remaining. After challenging it the council still say I have to pay as it’s single yellow line but the conditions are stated on it that you can stay up to 2 hours max and u pay at a machine which doesn’t exist. And PayByPhone is there and collected money from my account and stated the name of the street that I parked on. I was in London for 4 days I left there with a bill of £275 worth of fines. I have been driving in Manchester for the last 4 years without tickets. In Manchester parking is straight forward where you have to pay there machines for people to pay and it’s clearly shown but dodgy newham hide signs and parking machines so they could make money from people that drive. Also I saw an elderly couple that displayed a disability badge on their car which was valid and it was on sunday morning and they still got a ticket. It’s about time people of newham wake up and do something before it’s too late.

I am still waiting for a refund. It’s nearly a year now. I want my money.

Think twice before buying from this company. I have bought stuff from this company years ago without having any problems until last week when I bought a pair of shoe and they sent me wrong shoes. I immediately signed the return slip and dashed to the post office to return them. A few days later tracking number shows item has been delivered but no refund after 7-10 days as stated. So I emailed them the person that responded said I should send a photo of the shoe I received well I told them I have already sent them so I don’t have the photo but I managed to see the shoe on their shoe section online and sent it to them. And the person confirmed that they have received it but my refund will take long ?!?!?!?!! Like seriously who does that. First they sent me wrong things then they confirmed they can see the item has been received by them so where is my money?!?!?! Beware beware beware ?!?!?! I still have not received my refund

Still waiting for my refund. I would advise anyone using this company to report their case to action fraud. There’s been reports made on this company and people have been waiting for years for their refunds. Beware. I will fight until I get every penny back.

Quick and straight forward but the interest was a bit high. But it’s easy to apply.

I am still waiting for my refund for a long time now. Even the time they said I will get my refund by has passed. I have been sending multiple emails but they never respond. I would advise anyone considering this travel agency to avoid booking with them because when it comes to refunds they will never ever respond. I wish I had seen these reviews before booking. All I want is my money back.

If there was a minus star I would have put that instead. I am applying on the long residency route and I have submitted soooooo many many many documents and they seem not to see the documents and keep asking me to send more documents for the same dates I have already submitted, like seriously. Soo many people similar to me have given up but I plan to go all the way to court even if the it kills me. They are ruining people’s life and future and they are just not bothered. I have decided to involve the MP now and I have gotten myself a lawyer to take this up. I applied once in 2019 same thing happened so I left it and applied again in 2021 they are still doing the same thing. The so called documents validations team either are sleeping on the job or they just don’t bother or care about students especially if you fall on the minority. Even those not in the minority group get their student finance application messed up but I would say the highest percentage is for those in the minority. I have worked soo hard to be able to go to university but it seems education ain’t important to them. I am so tired of this bring more documents thing when I have already submitted them over and over again.

The engineer was good. He even waited for a while because I had gone to pick my kids from school and he was very patient.

Customer complaint department is playing mind games with customers. I was transferred to the department and the guy put me on hold for a while and when he came back on the phone, he said he was speaking to his supervisor about my case. He said he is still waiting for a response and put me on hold a couple of times before finally coming back on the phone and saying he will get back to me with a solution in 30mins and even confirmed my telephone number. Well today is the 3rd day and no response. I ordered iPhone 12 Pro Max and when I opened it the screen had a crack on it and they were just passing me from one person to another. I have been with 3 for more than 15 years and I think it’s time to move on after my current contract ends. Really disappointed and the people am speaking to seem to be in a different country.

Beware. I ordered beads that never arrived and while disputing it the seller submits a document to confirm the beads were delivered. Well I checked the item delivery status and it still shows it is on transit and has not been delivered. My question is how come the seller shows a document that the item was delivered and it has delivery date too. The item never arrived. Beware of the site some sellers are thieves. And can produce fake documents to cover their act. Beware

I am being charged for not attending total fitness though I had emailed them a long time ago to cancel my membership. I am now receiving letters about missed payments😒 hello are you aware there coronavirus. Why are they forcing people into payments that they know people aren’t using the services. Please this must be illegal. Taking money from people during this crisis is very bad.

Vue Bury terrible customer service. The staff was very rude and arrogant. I was there with my 3 year old son. The guy was rude and knew nothing about customer service.

I just got scammed out of £40 with this fake company. My child was online he pressed something then I heard alert saying thanks for joining fitguru and a payment of £40 will be billed to my phone 🤬like seriously
Why when no one will use the service and why don’t they use proper channels instead they dupe people on their mobile phone numbers?!?! I have called 3 network they said they will look into it and they will make sure that company will not take anymore payments from me in future and what about £40 they have taken???? I tried calling the number on the text message but no ringtone whatsoever. Beware people and I really don’t think this is legal because I am being charged for something I am not even interested in and have no idea what is about.
