Truly excellent customer service and great value products.

Have used this company at least 3 times and amazing service all round in fact the best service I ever had from a person and company. We travelled to thailand this year and they personnel deliveried my motorbike parts to my hotel at my request. I also had a issue at the airport and they would not let me take some bike shocks on board! They collected my shocks and posted via airmail and I received them and fitted this week. Thank you so much from saving me from a sticky situation. Will 100% use and recommend again

I wanted to give this company every chance and they failed

I wanted to give this company every opportunity to put things right but they didn't, purchased a 73 plate Honda z125 repsol with just 56 miles, when it arrived the rear wheel was covered in dirt & chain lube, after washing the bike there was approx. 12 large chucks out of the paintwork on rear wheel, sent them pictures and they agreed looked bad, got quote to repaint wheel local and also asked if they could get it done by dream machine who originally painted bike. they refused.

I bought two parasols for good money…

I bought two parasols for good money from this company. I used one straight away and liked it. Kept the other as a spare for the following year. Just opened it to find out its missing the bottom half of the pole after about 10 emails and WhatsApp messages their reply is I should have checked it within the first 30 days! And want to charge me £30 for it. What poor service has put me of their brand now. Better of paying £40 of ebay for a whole new parasol and dispose of it after the summer when and If its worn out. AFTER THE REPLY FROM SUE, i have amended my star rating and increased it. and she has sent me out the correct pole if only more people like her were on the team, i would now buy from them again. just a shame about customer service prior to her. they do make nice products. thank you Sue

Got three of their appliances.

Got three of their appliances, called customer services 4 times, cut of first time when I think we were getting somewhere. Next 2 advisers were useless, finally left on hold for 45 mins. Given up. Going to try another brand in future.

paid a deposit to bid, then not refunded

auction house London, paid a deposit to bid, they cancelled auction and have still not returned my deposit so i cant bid on next auction. also failed to reply to email offer and failed to have keys for access to the property i had booked a viewing with, and worst of all was the legal pack with £10k worth of hidden fees and a 14 day completion requirement. UPDATE: now the company is trying to have my review removed! and now its been 9 days and still £6200 has not been returned to my account! Further update my bank starling has had to claim back my deposit and I have also learnt after they informed me they had sold the property which was a lie as its now listed on with a local estate agent on rightmove, the agent asked on my behalf if they had received my two pre auction offers which legally they have to submit. They didn't, the seller knew nothing of my offers.

Thank you for your feedback. The 'deposit' you paid for the auction was a pre-authorisation where funds are held but not received by us. We can confirm that the hold was released after the auction, however the time in which it takes to be made available in your account is dictated by your bank, unfortunately we do not have any control over this.

The vendor of the property declined your offer which was explained to yourself and your solicitor. One of the team also called you to ask if you would like to raise your offer for the opportunity to proceed with the purchase, however, they were of the understanding that you were no longer interested in the property and would not proceed. We understand that you were disappointed to not be able to purchase the property for the price you were hoping to pay.

All customers are advised to read the legal packs/special conditions before proceeding to bid, as these may contain additional fees or timescales that are specific to the property in question. This information is readily available for all customers to access and is an essential part of the customer due diligence process that allows you to make an informed decision on whether you are happy to proceed with a purchase.

BOUGHT £126 OF PAINT, 1 HOUR LATER FOUND OUT ITS ON OFFER AT BNQ CALLED HOMEBASE HERNE BAY, DO YOU PRICE MATCH OR SHALL I BRING THE PAINT BACK, TOLD WE PRICE MATCH AND JUST BRING YOUR RECEIPT TO STORE, I DID AND THEY REFUSED ME AT THE TILL AND WASTED 1 HOUR OF MY TIME AND FUEL, WONT BE GOING BACK, PLUS WAS GOING TO ADD ANOTHER £70 TO ORDER!

Bought some denali spot lights for…

Bought some denali spot lights for £277.95. had them fitted professional by a local trusted bit shop, they failed on first ride out, i put it back into same bike shop and 1 hours labour they found the relay had failed £75 and receipt and report done and madforbikes wont even offer some goodwill! what else was i supposed to do!, paid the money for a top product!, used professionals to fix and trouble fix and now £75 out of pocket, bit gutted to say the least. cant return a £15k gs to them with the lights fitted can i !

Have been a trade customer for over 10…

Have been a trade customer for over 10 years, called up for a battery yesterday quoted £160 ! Thought that was bit steep. Looked online and on their own website without any discount it's £97! Rang canterbury branch,they weren't the tiniest bit interested and said buy it then. Fyi Tanya batteries even cheaper £90. 100% lost me and my business as a customer now.

now called MOTOMINE on ebay beware

now called MOTOMINE on ebay, name seems to change regularly! 4th dimension, surrey salvage etc

bought two bikes of them! i left them neutral feedback after second purchase as i asked them to put the v5c into trade twice as i was a trader only to find 2 weeks later its reged in my personal name on both!, also refused to let me look at a v5c logbook he physical had in his hand on i bike i just bought of them. just wow! been to their warehouse, i think they bid bikes up themselves and cover damage up if they can i looked at a ducati i was interested but every bolt had been undone or loose and missing a few and looked a mess under the fairing!, beware ohhh icing on the cake hence why i am writing this just found out they have banned me from bidding or even asking them questions on ebay, lolol, i both two bikes of you "customer" lol

its rare for me to leave a 5 star review but travelled to turkey with them for the first time, very helpful and friendly staff, all had a real smile, decent seats i am 17st, helped us with our 9 month old. on time, clean plane. luggage out quickly.
very nice chicken sandwich mid flight which surprised me, it was worth the £4,50 lol, will currently use again

let us down as always, don't care in the slightest

let us down as always, travelling with our 9 month old, paid for extra bag but refused to load it in hold, forced us to carry it on board, then icing on the cake, damaged our car seat, covered in grease and oil, no one to report to at airport, took pictures now ryanair making impossible to claim for it plus said we should not have left airport !!!!!

just found out today they closed my credit card account

just found out today they closed my credit card i have held for approx 20 years, as i had a small credit and thankfully not had to use it, i was keeping it for a rainy day or big purchase. refused to reinstate it, poor show, don't care about long standing customers. this is on top of a few years ago removing my overdraft for no reason so i closed my account.

awful untrustworthy company

awful untrustworthy company. over many years, they sold me a clocked car, 200k miles! off true mileage shown, refused refund so took to court. lost keys on many cars, extra damage, dropped my car of a forklift when bringing car out of yard. the list goes on and on, ps if you complain, take them to court etc they ban you. don't share your details if you leave a review.

Tried to open up a buiness account well…

Tried to open up a buiness account well over 6 weeks ago, even was asked to come into branch with id. Which I did. Asked branch manager to chase it, she refused. After a month contacted a online bank all sorted in the day. Ps still not heard back from lloyds!!! Complete joke and nearly stopped me opening my new buiness on set day.
