I bought two parasols for good money…
I bought two parasols for good money from this company. I used one straight away and liked it. Kept the other as a spare for the following year. Just opened it to find out its missing the bottom half of the pole after about 10 emails and WhatsApp messages their reply is I should have checked it within the first 30 days! And want to charge me £30 for it. What poor service has put me of their brand now. Better of paying £40 of ebay for a whole new parasol and dispose of it after the summer when and If its worn out. AFTER THE REPLY FROM SUE, i have amended my star rating and increased it. and she has sent me out the correct pole if only more people like her were on the team, i would now buy from them again. just a shame about customer service prior to her. they do make nice products. thank you Sue
