Had a message from Evri delivery cancelled same day a few minutes late another text will be delivered. Only item came. Emailed coopers. Next got message for delivery. Driver did not ring bell and delivered the parcel left it on the doorstep @ 8.10pm. When I went up to bed @ 9.30pm by chance i looked at my phone, only to find delivery message. Luckily parcel was still there. Not a fan EVRI have had issues on several occasions. Sorry for this feedback. I like shopping with coopers but not their choice of delivery company.

Always like the wine. Could reduce free delivery amount so can buy small but regular. How about throwing in a small wine rack.
Everything aside wouldn’t go anywhere else for my wines. 👌

I was not happy with the way the claim was dealt with. It should have been your responsibility to arrange the whole appointment process instead of giving me the contact details and leaving it to me to sort out. Also referring me to a dealer who was miles away from me. Once the home service appointment's was made i kept getting appointment reminders everyday from you.

Always happy with the bouquets and now the added benefit of fathers day with some lovely options is just what i was looking for.

The only reason why i have rated a four star is because i am no IT literate, and i had difficulty using the log in system you have. But otherwise i was very happy overall.

Good product a little on the expensive side but well worth it.

My grandson who is two yeas old really enjoyed it. So it was all worth it.

I am not sure you have right rating I can choose and therefore have chosen as I have. John Baker & his colleague have been absolutely brilliant at their job very polite, left my house and porch door very clean. No issues with them whatsoever. The product is my issue. I have had to call you out as I was opening the door ii heard a click went in and locked the door ok. Only to find the screw loose. I tried to tighten it but nothing happened. I chose Anglian for the quality of the goods and I am not happy with the door handles at all.
