Express Estate Agents
I thought Ryan Dillon, was excellent, he was clear in his dealing, knowledgeable and very responsive.
James kept in touch with me on going.
James kept in touch with me on going.
The house has sold at the price that suits us , after conversation with James. We have been with a few estate agents and this one is far better at communicating and pushing the sale through.
Courteous service
James was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and easy to talk to and not a bit self important and stuffy like some estate agents I know. Express EA are a company to be trusted that you will get good service and attention to detail
Friendly and helpful support
James was friendly, helpful and extremely prompt in helping us through the buying process on our first home. Thanks!
Express estate agents
A very good experience but always a little room for improvement.
They sold my home where others didn’t.

Good experience
Easy time contacting them and had good response times. Took a few days to get the offer accepted and confirmed via email.
Very keen to help in any way
Found a buyer quite quickly. and very quick to get the ball rolling on the sail of the property. always pleasant to speak to.
Elliot was very helpful
Offer after only a few days on the market!
The property was only on the market for a week and we have 2 viewings and 2 offers with a bunch more people wanting to view. It was on the market with Lovetts previous to that for 3 months with no communication from them and no concrete offers. Express estate agency did everything they said on the tin and our contact James Latham has been very thorough and communicated with us really well through the negotiations. We are really happy and would highly recommend Express Estate Agency.
Express Estate Agency: Very poor service.
I am sorry I ever contracted Express Estate Agency to sell my house.
They state that they will sell the property within 30 days, didn’t happen.
I was told that my house would be allocated to one person to deal with and he would not be given another house to sell until our home was sold, not true.
We explained that we felt the asking price was a fair one and didn’t wish to reduce it.
On three successive days we were telephoned by the same employee who strongly advised to drop the price if we wanted viewings.
The last straw was been told by EEA that a lady wanted to view our property despite our contract having expired a week before.
( EEA was informed by myself of the date of expiry and eventually acknowledged after several requests to do so)
I was advised that I could still agree with the viewing but I declined saying I did not want to risk being charged by two estate agents.
Appalling service.
What's in it for them?
Same as lots of people on here. I checked how credible the company and the offer would be. It seems there are lots of fake reviews (unfortunately nowadays companies can buy X amount of reviews, so it's difficult to tell unless you ask some other website to check for credibility). Big alarm bells rang as on the positive reviews there are no specific info of satisfactory completed deals: no actual individual stories of how the deal moved forward and completed, only genetic info which points toward bought positive reviews. This looks like yet another scam. As yourself: what do they gain from buying your property at the asking price? They must make a profit somewhere, get something out of it somehow. That profit will be at the expenses of the seller. Obviously not everybody check the credibility of a company that actually doesn't even exist (the company number is not legitimate and didn't lead to any company.) and some do get caught. However information is key here and warning as many people as possible will stop such companies from scamming more vulnerable people.
