I am not happy with the £50 call out…
I am not happy with the £50 call out charge. The guy who came assured me that when he goes back to the office he will feedback that it does not justify the call out charge and that I will be reimbursed it. To this date I have not heard nor got the refund. I feel I have been hard done by.

Whenever a Customer makes a claim we do all we can to get the work completed. I'm sorry that we weren't able to help on this occasion. Of course, we would never expect you to pay when the work wasn't completed and this has been confirmed with our Claims team. We have raised a refund request and the payment will be returned to the account it was taken from.
