Supportive and Straightforward IVA Process

I entered into an IVA back in May 2020 due to financial difficulties and the impact of being on 80% pay during Covid. From the very start, Victoria at Lawson Fox Debt Solutions Ltd kept in regular contact with me and was always supportive.

Although my payments did increase about halfway through, I was always able to reach out if I had any issues or questions, and Victoria was quick to respond and provide help. Her communication throughout made a difficult time much easier.

Today, I received a call confirming that my IVA is now complete – slightly earlier than expected, with only a small final payment needed. I'm extremely grateful for the help and guidance I received over the past few years.

I would absolutely recommend Lawson Fox to anyone who finds themselves in the difficult position of dealing with debt and looking for help. They really do guide you every step of the way.

Using The Free Website Guys

I first came across The Free Website Guys through an advertisement on Facebook. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical at first because, let's face it, nothing is ever truly free. However, I decided to give it a go, and I'm so glad I did!

I was in the market for a basic website, and the team at The Free Website Guys delivered exactly that. They configured and set up the basic framework for my site, leaving me with the simple task of updating the content. It was a hassle-free experience, and I couldn't be happier with the end result.

But what really impressed me was their attention to detail. They didn't just stop at setting up the website; they went the extra mile to make sure Google Analytics and Search Console were properly linked to my site. They even recommended a backup solution and provided me with all the relevant guides and information I needed to manage my site effectively.

During the setup process, we encountered an issue with the hosting configuration. This could have been a major roadblock, but Sven from their team was in constant communication with me throughout the process. He quickly resolved the issue, ensuring that my website was up and running smoothly.

Easy to book holiday and filter by prefered flight time.

It was the cheapest package out there at the time.

Hope I have better experience this time now COVID is over.

Items not received & No-Response since 14/04

Good Afternoon All,

I found this website via an online search and placed an order on the 11th April (Order # 11614/110422/44) and chose express delivery.

I ordered the "Airpod With Magsafe Charging Case (3rd Generation) & Homepod Bundle" originally thought, cheap and yes they state "Certified Refurbished"

Come the 13th April I had not received the items, and the tracking page states:

"Sorry, we're currently unable to confirm the status of your item with reference DF226143214GB . Please try again tomorrow."

So I contacted the seller and got a response on the 14th after another chasing email an requesting to cancel:

"Hi William

As the order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel at this point. Once the order arrives with you then you are welcome to return if required.

Thanks
DCH"

I still have not received the items or any response from the seller, I have constantly chased near enough daily.

I have now reached out to Laybuy for refund assistance, please refund and cancel the order as they did not arrive in agreed timeframe and no longer needed.

Happy to edit the review once the issue resolved

Never Ever Again

This year my booking and experience with ON THE BEACH has got to be the worst I have ever had, where do I start:

- I had an original booking which was booked last year, this was all going well, checked I to my flights 30 days before, then all of a sudden I got a notification from Easyjet that my outbound flight has changed from Gatwick to Luton, however my return was still going to Gatwick (I drive so this was not good) I called up when I finally got through to someone I got told that there is nothing they could do as it's a Minor change as per T&Cs, so after 15 mins of arguing they refunded me my Parking costs. They also said they received no notification of the change from Easyjet.
- About 10 days before I was spose to fly, Easyjet alerted my that my return flight was cancelled, I attempted several times to get hold of On The Beach, this was impossible, 1st I was going up in a queue system not down, 2nd the system just kept hanging me up or 3rd After 4 hours on hold I get through to someone who said they had to speak to the operations teams, then placed my back on indefinite hold.
- 1 week before I was spose to go got an email stating my holiday was cancelled, and I will only get a partial refund for the hotle and transfers, the flights will only be refunded when the airline pays back. Thankfully I used my mums Credit Card, and she is goi g through a section 75 charge back.

So I decided that I was still going to go on holiday and rebooted for the same time, oh and the fun did not stop there:

- The sunday before I was spose to go I read an article in several newspapers that guests were being sent to closed hotels and had no where to sleep, I wanted to speak to someone to get confirmation that my hotel was open, this was impossible. In the end I spoke to the Hotel directly and they confirmed that they were open although not the hotel I booked, but I was in another of there hotels, and the transfers should be updated.
-So I went on holiday , shockingly the transfer went to the closed hotle, the hotle chain sorted me out and paid for a taxi to get me in right place. Eventually got through to On the beach and got them to change transfer to new hotle.

Worth the Money

After reading the description of a few similar mattresses, I went with the Nectar brand as it’s value for money, even took away my old mattress.

So far been nearly a year and it’s moulded nice to my body. The only annoying thing about it is when I rotate the mattress my body isn’t moulded but after a few nights it’s fine

Helped Solved my Debt Struggle

Giraffe Money has helped me with my Debt Struggles, I was in way over my head in debt and paying Credit Cards with Credit Cards.

Found there AD on Facebook, and all it took was starting a chat via Facebook Messenger, and after going through the relevant details got a phone call the next day.

Went through them to apply for an IVA they got everything sorted and within a couple of months my IVA got approved.

Highly recommended, and great customer service.

This is my 2nd order with this company, ordered on a Sunday and got my new phone Monday. Happy Customer, will go through again when upgrade is due, and highly recommend.

Cheaper then going directly.
