Never Ever Again

This year my booking and experience with ON THE BEACH has got to be the worst I have ever had, where do I start:

- I had an original booking which was booked last year, this was all going well, checked I to my flights 30 days before, then all of a sudden I got a notification from Easyjet that my outbound flight has changed from Gatwick to Luton, however my return was still going to Gatwick (I drive so this was not good) I called up when I finally got through to someone I got told that there is nothing they could do as it's a Minor change as per T&Cs, so after 15 mins of arguing they refunded me my Parking costs. They also said they received no notification of the change from Easyjet.
- About 10 days before I was spose to fly, Easyjet alerted my that my return flight was cancelled, I attempted several times to get hold of On The Beach, this was impossible, 1st I was going up in a queue system not down, 2nd the system just kept hanging me up or 3rd After 4 hours on hold I get through to someone who said they had to speak to the operations teams, then placed my back on indefinite hold.
- 1 week before I was spose to go got an email stating my holiday was cancelled, and I will only get a partial refund for the hotle and transfers, the flights will only be refunded when the airline pays back. Thankfully I used my mums Credit Card, and she is goi g through a section 75 charge back.

So I decided that I was still going to go on holiday and rebooted for the same time, oh and the fun did not stop there:

- The sunday before I was spose to go I read an article in several newspapers that guests were being sent to closed hotels and had no where to sleep, I wanted to speak to someone to get confirmation that my hotel was open, this was impossible. In the end I spoke to the Hotel directly and they confirmed that they were open although not the hotel I booked, but I was in another of there hotels, and the transfers should be updated.
-So I went on holiday , shockingly the transfer went to the closed hotle, the hotle chain sorted me out and paid for a taxi to get me in right place. Eventually got through to On the beach and got them to change transfer to new hotle.
