Insurance product is very poor
Pros: Easy to contact, some options for narrow window collection times. Good estimates of delivery timings
Cons: I spent hundred on insurance. When my computer was damaged I was told that a computer/ electronics was an exceptional item and can't be insured. This should be made far more clear in the insurance buying stage. I did get some small compensation but this was less than the insurance I paid for my items.
- Price is significantly higher than buying direct from a courier so you're primarily buying better customer service

Whilst electricals are not prohibited, they are ultimately sent at the customer's own discretion. Damage to the contents of a PC during shipping is a well known pain point with manufacturers, which is why they ship their PC's with the expandable foam inside the case to keep contents from moving in transit.
I can see the team offered you a 75% refund of the transit costs for the box that contained your damaged contents, which you accepted on 23rd September.
