Won't let me withdraw my money or play the slots blocked my account till it's sorted which it's impossible to sort they want me to withdraw using banking app which won't allow me to do keeps saying transaction failed. Now they want bank statements and allsorts. However they can let you deposit fine enough!!!

Awful. Sent me a message saying Been delivered but to a different house with just a black picture of proof. I drove to the house the next day to ask the person if a parcel came for me he said no and said a woman came last night asking the same thing. I also overheard a women speaking about the same thing happening to her she showed me her delivery proof it was the same as m8ne same house same black picture same time. The delivery driver has clearly stolen the parcels. Will never use these again if I can help it. There customer service is a joke

Awful deposit money now which has gone of my account somehow. Won't let me play on games till i send passport, utility bill, bank card front and back which i did but now they want a bank statement as well. Never known a casio want so much personal information. The customer support is slow. Lost the money I've put on and don't want to join so keep it I would of probably lost it anyway playing your games and i can imagine withdrawal would be a nightmare

My review has gone from negative to positive at first i thought it was a rubbish casino but that's all because i was being a sore loser i can actually say now how good it is. I've had a good few wins since then and got the withdrawal within half an hour. Thankyou guys

Won 300 then all of a sudden walst playing on a game they block my account not just on this site but all of them ( jumpman gaming)so my 600 winnings in 2 sites gone, took off me. What a awful thing to do. If i don't get paid what i won i will make sure i shame this company and complain to everyone and every site i can

From 5 stars to 0. All my accounts have been blocked. I'm guessing because i won 300 on vikingbingo and 300 on pretty wins so i can't get on any or withdraw my money they have took my winnings off me. The amount i have deposit over the past 2 years and they close my account. Shame on you

5 star reviews are obviously fake as they are only going on about customer service chat blah blah. But i don't blaim them for reviewing themselves as it is rubbish. Not one bonus waste of time and money And yes you don't always win i know that but this site is shockingly bad.

Don't get the bad reviews. In my case each time I've been on I've won more then i put on and got the money within the day. I must just be lucky
