A Shocking experience . The Owner of the company will visit you when you first contract them. Things then go very very wrong and you ask him to call you back and he does not. You try and call and he will not take your call. IT REALLY IS A NIGHTMARE COMPANY.

TOTALLY USELESS.
I try to call the office in Norwich and people answer the phone who are either hard of hearing or just not at all interested. You ask the manager to call you back and they do not.I complained and asked them to get Paul Smith to call me to help him understand how bad Norwich branch is and he did not call me.
THEY ARE NOW JUST USELESS. NOT INTERESTED IN THE CUSTOMER.

ALL FOOD IS BOUGHT IN FROZEN
I do not want Frozen food when I pay Browns prices.
Even the Browns burger is bough in Frozen. Chips frozen just like a lot of places these days but I do not want frozen burgers fish and pies. On top of their expensive prices they try to charge a service charge when the bill comes

So Sad I do not know what has happened to LBC but I turned on at the weekend in the evening and instead of Clive Bull it had a presenter talking about brain washing people to love black people. It has had Nick abbot doing the Slag off Trump show for Four years now. James Obrien for the Manic Depressed. Nigel Fararge talking sense and so did Katie Hopkins. It has got so bad it must have new management.Terrible bunch of presenters now. Talk Radio is good but even Talk Radio has crap presenter at the weekends in the evening.LBC was so good but then become so crap. I would love to hear from LBC to discuss what they are really up to because its such a shame they want to lose listeners who want common sense
