Shocking

I wish I had read the reviews before hand. It took ages to arrive and it doesn't look anything like it did online and the material is terrible and just looks cheap.
The fact return costs start at £20 is just a joke.

Exceptional service

Exceptional service, I made a mistake and sent the wrong attachment, I called to ask if I could re-send and it wasn't a problem even though they had already printed my item. Can't wait to use the again.

For the price I would expect a proper changing room with a locker and a toilet on the same floor.

Ordered an illuminated mirror back in May that stopped working. I contacted Pebble Grey and a new mirror was sent out to me without any fuss. The order process in at the start was also amazing. Can order with confidence with this company.

Ordered a personalised biscuit tin as a…

Ordered a personalised biscuit tin as a first for someone and it arrived dented. I contacted customer service and we agreed for a new one to be sent. When it arrived it was also dented. I contacted them again and said I would send it back for a refund and I attached the pics. I received a reply to say, it’s only slightly dented, I found this insulting as I didn’t pay for a produced to be slightly dented. Avoid this company.

Believe the reviews

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Spoilt a very special graduation day at my nursery. Ordered 5 personalised cushions and only 4 turned up. They were terrible quality and the wrong colour. Had a really bad smell on them as well and packaging was horrible. Told them I want a refund because I couldn't use any of them as I could not leave one child out and they have offered a refund for 2. The one I didn't receive and one more, which I think is unacceptable. I told them I would send them all back as they can not be used.
Just don't waste you money and time.

Outstanding

Such a relief to find a company that actually delivers what they promise.

I had a horrific experience with another company with some personalised cushions. In the past I had only used snap fish for pictures and always been extremely happy but decided to do a quick order to replace the terrible cushions I had received from the other company.
The delivery was quick and on time. The quality was impeccable. Will not use anyone else now.

Outstanding service from start to…

Outstanding service from start to finish. We chose the wrong toilet for our bathroom assuming the flow would be ok. It was picked up when they received the order they contacted us straight away to make sure we checked the pressures before the sent it out.
I don't think any company would do that, they would send the item out and when you plumb it in and find it doesn't work you wouldn't be able to return it.
They found an alternative toilet for us that is just amazing in every way. I even got a call to check everything was ok. I can officially say the most professional company I have dealt with to date.

Disappointing

Ordered a toilet to be delivered on the 2nd Jan and it didn’t arrive after I called and explained how important it was to be delivered on this date and told by Faizan it would definitely arrive. I organised for the builders to come on the 4th and of course it didn’t arrive. I called on Monday for them to say it was on its way but it didn’t arrive until the following after I called and chased again. I had to pay the builders 2 days for doing nothing. Faizan was a very good sales man I have to give him that, they got my money and couldn’t keep his promise. Disappointing will never use such an unprofessional company again

SHOCKING COMPANY STAY AWAY

SHOCKING COMPANY STAY AWAY

I had so many problems leaving them last year and when I finally managed to it was a relief. The customer service is useless and they pull figures from the sky. Today a year later I receive a bill saying I owe them money, how did I manage to switch if I owed them money. When I called they said they had a problem issuing bills at the beggining of the year. What kind of excuse is that especially when I have an email to say the account was closed and nothing is owed.
