Experience made easy from start to storage. The guys were respectful and were reassuring.
Hoping the next part of the journey, from storage to next home will be just as good.

Accepted my order and payment then said needed more information. When I checked what additional information was needed it just came back that the order had to be cancelled and I would have to wait 5 - 7 days for a refund. Shocking and no further forward!

All good but would check on line to make sure there are lockers available. It’s a royal pain if you get there and there aren’t any lockers available.

A very good service for the most part. The only problem is when there are no lockers available. It’s a 10 minute drive to our nearest ones so to get there and find none available is a real inconvenience. I check on line and sometimes is says limited availability- when you get there there are none.

I ordered this particular boot for dog walking. Ordered in my usual size 6 (I have other Hunter boots in 6). This particular boot came up really small. I knew as soon as I took them out of the box that they were smaller lengthwise in the foot. When I tried one on my toes were jammed right tight against the front of the boot.
Returned them and ordered a size 7 which are fine.
If you’re looking for a boot you can easily slip on these are not the ones. They are quite snug around the ankle and take quite a bit of wriggling to get on.
That said, the quality is good and apart from some slight rub around the tops they will do the job. Thin socks prevent soreness where they rub.

Tee shirts seemed good quality and colours true. Only problem is that they are so long. Didn’t look that long in pictures.
Trousers were too wide at the bottoms.
Sadly will be returning as none suitable for me.

The top I ordered is fine. One pair of jeans are fine - (the pink ones). The other two pairs of jeans were described as straight leg and 29” leg length. These two pairs are very baggy at the bottoms and about two inches too long and I will be returning them.

No problems at all. Delivery was on time and driver polite.

The game I purchase is for a Christmas gift so not tested yet. Only moan so far was that the steering wheel for Mario Kart was filthy. Looked like it was covered with food, sticky fingers etc. Has cleaned up o.k. and am just hoping it all works as it should.
