Review of Clarendon Fine Art

…Great staff and good range of artists.

The staff in the gallery are lovely and made my experience there really enjoyable. I was looking to buy something and found a beautiful piece of art at a reasonable price. Will definitely return next time I'm in Glasgow.

Quick delivery

I placed and received my order within 24 hours, and it wasn’t a special delivery that I had to pay extra. Excellent service.

Ripped off once again.

Once again this year I stupidly bought a subscription to watch the Australian/New Zealand Ladies tennis and once again its a waste of money. I had hoped this year they might have changed the schedule. Alas, it seems not. No replays of matches that I can't watch because of the time difference, no live matches, and little to no information on match times. Once again I found more match highlights on my PC for FREE! Can someone from Discovery please explain how it works? Either your showing the matches or your not? Stop ripping us off. So angry with it.

Review of The White Company

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Terrible quality fabrics and awful customer service.

I have bought from this shop for several years and have always been happy with the quality. However, I recently bought a pair of jersey lounge style trousers and as usual, I needed them shortened. After the first wash they had shrunk considerably and I am now unable to wear them. Having contacted the "customer service" department I was informed there was nothing they could do as I had altered them, and they could understand how disappointed I was: usual generic crap. I was fully aware I could not return them but I expected some sort of reimbursement in the form of a discount voucher on another pair. No such luck!
Shocking customer service. I have previously bought several pairs of similar style trousers without any problems so I assume they are using cheaper materials but still charging the same. I told them I would no longer be shopping with them and to remove my email from their mailing list. I have informed my friends and advised them to spend their money elsewhere.

Medication price

Back here again to complain about ADHD 360. Once again they are asking for ridiculous amounts of money. My daughter was diagnosed for the second time
(we actually had to pay twice.Long story on a previous review) by this bunch of schysters around May and is still not on shared care with them and her GP. This means she has to pay private prescription prices. They have been affordable up until today. Because of the lack of availability of Elvanse in the country at the moment, ADHD 360 have imported the drug from America. You might be thinking this is a good thing as people can get their medication? Well, she's just been told the new prescription for 2 months will cost £322! She told them she couldn't afford that and asked them if she could pay it by instalments. The answer was no. She then asked them to send her a prescription for a month only and she would go to our local Asda pharmacy whose private prices are much cheaper. She was then told that she would have to pay £10 for a prescription to be sent to her? First class stamps don't cost £10, neither do emails. These people care not one bit for their patients mental well being. Everything they do involves taking as much money as they can from you. That's why they exist. My husband and I liken them to drug dealers. Another problem with them is they change staff frequently. My daughter had a new "physician" again today. I can't actually remember how many that's been. I know how very difficult it is to get a diagnosis right now but, if you can, please avoid this company like the plague. Their aftercare is shocking.

Panorama was right....

My daughter (31) was diagnosed by ADHD 360 3 years ago. We decided to go private after realising, like everyone else, that the NHS was broken and she could no longer wait. Her initial assessment went well and the female who diagnosed her was competent and informed about ADHD. She was prescribed meds and had shared care with her GP. All was well until she decided she wanted to come off the meds for a bit and see if she could cope without it. Fast forward to this year. She had had very little to no contact with this company for 18 months but she wanted to start meds again so had to contact them. Long story short: we have just had to pay another £170 plus £780 all over again even though she had a diagnosis from them! She was given an appointment with a new "Clinician" who was reading from a tick box questionnaire. He was uninterested and abrupt. We are also having to pay £95? for a new prescription, and I would like to know why they changed the system from us being able to shop around for a reasonable price of medication, to them now sending out the meds after payment? Is this just another way of them making a profit from peoples situation. Sounds like Big Pharma.
Also, the prescription isn't what was discussed. If anyone from ADHD 360 is reading this then you need to call her to discuss this. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone and we will be checking out other avenues for the future mental health of our daughter.

Review of Royal Mail

Rated 1 out of 5 stars

Damaged letters not their fault.

Royal Mail delivered a damaged letter to my daughter last month. The letter contained my daughters full name, date of birth and address along with a full description of a medical consultation she had had several days previous. It came through our letter box without an envelope or stamp, and the letter had been franked across the top? We called the complaints department and were told they would look into what had happened and they would get back to us within 30 days. Today, 49 days later, I called them and was told our complaint didn't warrant a return call and whoever had told us was wrong. (It's actually on their website). They also informed us that their investigation had shown no one had read the letter (not sure how they worked that one out?) and the sorting office has been spoken to on procedures? My daughter has received no written apology or compensation and I am beyond angry. We have decided to go to the media as we contacted the Information Commissioners Organisation and they told us Royal Mail is not responsible? Unbelievably, the hospital who sent the letter are the ones who shouldn't be sending anything with personal information. You couldn't make this up! I would highly recommend not using Royal Mail as they obviously don't give toss what happens to our mail once its in the Post box. This is a company who are not to be trusted.

This is the first protein powder I have…

This is the first protein powder I have bought so maybe I was expecting too much, however I wish I had bought one without artificial sweetener (is there such a thing?). Even with other ingredients added the aftertaste was awful. Sorry, won't be buying anymore.

misleading information on website

Ordered 2 new tyres to be fitted by mobile fitter. After paying I was informed no mobile fitter was available in my area even though it is advertised as so on the site. Unhelpful live chat staff and not much better at the branch.

Dear Susan,

Thank you for your feedback.

Having looked into this matter on your behalf, I believe that mobile fitment service is available in your area and has a charge of £20.00 if purchasing two tyres. Fitment charge is free when purchasing 3 or more tyres.

We are disappointed to hear about the services experienced, and would appreciate if you could provide us with more information to allow us to look into this on your behalf. Please contact us at complaints@axlegcc.co.uk

Review of Sofas & Stuff

Rated 2 out of 5 stars

Awful customer service.

I bought a sofa from the Wakefield branch and paid in full at the end of February. I took delivery of a sofa 7 weeks after ordering but was sent the wrong colour (their fault). I then had to deal with a customer service department that is, quite frankly, uninterested. They actually asked me at one point if I wouldn't consider keeping it?? Too long a story to go into but, I finally received the proper colour on Saturday 23rd June. Not impressed at all by this company. When I originally bought the sofa I received an email with my receipt thanking me for buying the sofa and adding, "if you are not 100% happy....we will jump through hoops to put it right". Bull****! It seems to me that once they have your money they couldn't care less. In total it took 15 weeks to get the correct sofa. The whole company needs to review it's treatment of customers, not just the "customer service" department. I got no apology from the guy who sold me the sofa and he never once contacted me to find out what was happening after the mistake, he just fobbed me off to someone else. Wouldn't recommend Sofas and Stuff after this.
