I had a pair of Phenoms with crystal clear blue-light blocking lenses for at least 9-10 years, so I didn't get headaches but also didn't have the tint for conference calls. I was disappointed that I couldn't replace them after they disappeared over Halloween (no clear option for non-prescription glasses).

The frame choices are still great, and I found a pair of Marins with the lightest tint (though not clear) which look clear on Zoom/Teams/Etc. The change is nice; they're less severe than the Phenoms; I miss the crystal lenses but these are really nice (and I still have my darker-tinted Phenoms just in case).

I saw the ads for this course for a while, and after I realized I was groaning going up and down, bending over, etc., I figured I would give it a try -- the price as accessible, and after receiving the course, I realized what a good value it was. The stretches/poses were almost all achievable for me (very little yoga experience and not super flexible). The guidance with regard to discomfort was good. I felt more flexible after each session. I've finished my first round of the program, and will continue to use it for years to come. The suggested accessories (yoga block(s), cushion, strap) are all cheap. If you're experiencing any limitations in flexibility, I highly recommend.

Lots of helpful instructions and guidance, easy to track what sas (to me) a complicated process.

I found Huel after eating crap for lunch. I was wary, but the Hot & Savoury are really pretty good (I add a little hot sauce + lemon juice). I also really like the Salted Carmel protein powder after a workout. I can have these while feeling good about what I'm eating. Best of all, I ordered some bars and they weren't for me - Huel made the return/refund super easy.

They had what we needed, very reasonably priced, and fast shipping.

Good site for finding a short term rental, but pricing is misleading as heck! The "fees" that get added on to the list prices can be 50% or more. Remember when airlines were required to list the final cost of a flight, including all taxes and fees? The hotel/short term rental industry needs to go this route as well; VRBO could easily require this of its clients.
