I had a pair of Phenoms with crystal clear blue-light blocking lenses for at least 9-10 years, so I didn't get headaches but also didn't have the tint for conference calls. I was disappointed that I couldn't replace them after they disappeared over Halloween (no clear option for non-prescription glasses).

The frame choices are still great, and I found a pair of Marins with the lightest tint (though not clear) which look clear on Zoom/Teams/Etc. The change is nice; they're less severe than the Phenoms; I miss the crystal lenses but these are really nice (and I still have my darker-tinted Phenoms just in case).
