At a recent trip to Beirut, Lebanon I chose to rent an airbnb apartment for my family of 4. I am 74 yrs old my wife 68 yrs and my sons 45 & 37. The apartment I rented was on the 1st floor with NO ELEVATOR and we had to climb 20 steep stairs carrying 2 suitcases of 25kg each resulting to acute backache. This info was not shown in the Airbnb system. Furthermore, my rental period was 10 days during which no cleaning or housekeeping was foreseen!
I filed a complaint with airbnb asking them to display for each site the floor no. and the existance or not of an elevator and the frequency of housekeeping mandatory in their system to help future customers of airbnb know, but received no feedback. Too bad for Airbnb.

I recently purchased the ESET Home Security Premium product, 3 licenses for 3 years. I must admit that the offered deal price was tempting. I had a small problem in the installation of the new licenses but digitalkeysoftware staff was very polite, helpful, knowledgeable and quick in resolving my issue promptly (it was a misunderstanding from my part) with no delay. Based on my experience, customer treatment by this company was very good and I just wanted to help by informing future customers of the company.

PS: Meanwhile until we fixed the error, this company had already processed a refund which I received within 7 days from my initial order. An extremely honest move to honor the customer.

On 5 Nov 2022 I purchased a license key for the product ESET Smart Security Premium valid for 1 device 2 years. After 3 months my ESET installation became inactive!. I wrote an email to the provider (softwarekings.org) and the matter was resolved in 10 days, by receiving a new license key which worked fine.

Scam company selling product "teeth cover" something like false teeth.
Advertised for about a month (even in Facebook) and then disappeared. I have paid 35$ for an order which I have received after a month but it is completely different to the one advertised, the received product quality is very bad, it is actually am unusable teeth cover.
I have lost 35$.
Imagine if 1,000 purchases have been made this scam made 35,000$ in just one month !!!
I am going to complain to Facebook and PayPal as well and claim for a refund.
