I bought some fresh produce along with some other food items for Father’s Day. It arrived on time but the pork pie came smashed up, the packaging was inappropriate. It ruined the gift. I had a problem last time I ordered but gave benefit of the doubt and ordered again. Given the cost I would expect better, I should have just gone to the supermarket

Ordered some socks for a birthday present, confirmation said they would be shipped within one business day. They weren’t, I left it a few days before I contacted them. I was told the product was not available, don’t know when they would have actually got round to telling me. Wouldn’t order from them again

I should have read the returns policy, however I didn’t imagine you could buy trainers at this price and have to pay to return them.
Followed the advice to size up half a size on Hoka and they still didn’t fit, rubbish!!

This parcel was a replacement for the original which was lost in transit. Im not sure how much force a delivery driver should use to get a parcel into a locker but surely they should have realised it was too much. The item has been damaged by cramming it into the wrong size compartment. Dreadful service. Especially considering this was the second attempt!!!
Couldn’t use the card as we couldn’t use it in December. We didn’t see this until it was time to pay so had to pay full price. This should have been clearer before you actually come to use the card. The restrictions mean the card doesn’t get used very often

My parcel was delayed. When it was delivered I realised why it was delayed, for some reason the box had been opened and my purchases had be transferred into an open plastic bag. The label off the box had been ripped off and sellotaped to the bag. Distusting!!
I had a complaint with an order which I didn’t think was dealt with satisfactorily. I left a factual comment on an Instagram post and they have now blocked me. Clearly they only want people to see the good reviews and want to hide any bad feedback

I bought this from camping world and saved over £20. I accidentally put the wrong delivery address but I contacted the sales office and they managed to correct it before was sent. The order was processed first thing Monday after ordering it late Sunday. Prompt delivery. Excellent service
