First time working with Churchill Knight so the registration process, like all agencies and payment companies, took a while and a few emails.
All went smoothly tho especially with the help of Amy Holland.
At the end of the phone or email to quickly answer my question.

we have no problems with octopus. the rates they promise are what we pay and they always keep us informed of any changes well in advance.

It was all so easy. Drop the car off and leave the key.
Get back and the cars there.
It's just a short walk from the terminal.
My biggest hate when returning from holiday is the push and shove to get on the bus. Heaving your cased on after a long flight.
Cuts out all of that.

Not the most exciting read but with trevors help I got through it and passed the exam.
Going thro the book and highlighting relevant points made it much quicker finding answers.
I would recommend buying preprinted page markers aswell.
The whole process works, just make sure to do plenty of mock exams at the end.
You get used to knowing where certain bits are.

Such an easy process

Took my van in to have it valued. They took £230 off the original price because one of the mot certs had the mileage in kilometres rather than miles.
Apparently he had to put the figure in but his computer only does miles.

I'm still fuming
