I’ve recently used another brand for a fingerpick blood test and compared to this that was messy and time consuming and more painful. The device is easy to use and was done in 5 minutes with no mess. Only reason why not 5 stars is price.

Item ordered and a message 3 days later to say it was out of stock. Could have purchased elsewhere. Not happy.

Item delivered by left on doorstep and not secure. Didn't even attempt to ring the door bell and wait for reply. Would not use UPS if I were a company.

I have been with Bought By Many/Many Pets for about 3-4 years. Always had excellent service from Bought By Many. I had to make a number of large claims early last year when my cat had to have surgery and they were always paid in a couple of weeks.

However, I've got two claims outstanding now from December and February and there is no communication or update. I emailed a couple of weeks ago to chase these up and there has been no reply. I don't know what the change has been with the company but the service has become really poor, I can see this reflected from other comments too.

Will definitely consider going elsewhere next time my renewal is due.

My cat's usual food is out of stock so over a couple of weeks I switched him over to Felix. Both doubly delicious and tasty shreds. I thought I was doing the right thing as they seem to have a relatively high meat content.
After a couple of weeks once I had fully switched over my cat became very sick. He started to not finish his food - this never happens. One morning, he initially refused to eat his breakfast which is very unlike him. He was sick that day after finishing the food. He wouldn't eat anymore wet food or any biscuits (different brand). He was very lethargic and not like himself. He didn't venture outside even to go to the toilet and showed no interest even in our food. We decided to wait 24 hours before calling the vet. We bought some different food to try and he wouldn't touch it. Later that day, he was sick again.
The vet couldn't find anything obviously wrong but gave him an anti-sickness injection and prescribed a plain food diet. £200 vets bill.
The only change has been the Felix food. It wasn't just the sickness, he just wasn't himself. I am not willing to feed him anymore of the food I bought, it's just not worth it. Especially, given all the reviews I have read since.
Also noticed that he had bad wind on the food and his urine and poo smelt very strong.

The first delivery slot I selected was cancelled. I was not given the option to re-book. 6.20am on a Saturday for the revised slot was a bit too early. Felt like the middle of the night,

Have purchased from bulk 4 or 5 times now. Always really quick delivery, within 3-4 days by Royal Mail.

The products are the best protein powders I have tried. Like the protein porridge and whey proteins. Not normally a fan of flavoured shakes as I don't like the fake taste and artificial sweeteners but I have recently tried the chocolate pure whey protein and really like it. I normally get the unflavoured ones and have with almond milk. They mix really well.

I've recently started using whey protein powder and decided to try the protein works vegan on recommendation from my personal trainer. I ordered the vegan extreme unflavoured and the vegan pancakes choc-hazelnut.

Delivery was excellent - arrived in 2 days.

Firstly the vegan extreme. I tried it first with 250ml innocent almond milk and Aldi frozen mango smoothie mix. I blended using a magimix blender so it was well mixed. I found the powder to have a weird taste and quite overpowering. I couldn't taste the fruit at all. Despite the mixture looking smooth, I felt the texture was slightly grainy and I could feel a residue on my teeth when drinking. I've since tried with water and blueberries. Again, overpowering taste. It's my first try of vegan protein powder so can only compare to whey. I have been using bulk pure whey unflavoured which mixed as above is actually fairly enjoyable - tastes like a smoothie and without milk. I'll be glad when the pack is finished.

I also bought the choc hazelnut pancakes hoping they would taste like Nutella. These are awful and I couldn't stomach them. The smell on opening the packet was sickly sweet. I mixed with almond milk again. I could only eat 2 of the 3 pancakes, the 3rd went in the bin. Horrible fake taste, far too much sweetener. Made me feel sick. It might just be me as I eat very natural foods and don't have an overly sweet tooth. The texture was soft and squiggy which was nice compared to some protein pancakes. I had been using bulk whey protein pancakes unflavoured which don't taste amazing but I can add blueberries and sweet freedom syrup to them and at least they are edible.

Got a free sample of the vegan wondershake in vanilla creme with my order. I mixed that just with water and some ice in my blender. A slight improvement in texture on the extreme powder, it felt thinner but still felt a powdery residue. Wasn't overly sweet.

I'll probably try the bulk vegan or go back to the whey for an overall nicer taste.

On time delivery.

I ordered a 8kg kettlebell and 2 x 3kg dumbbells. Unfortunately the 8kg kettlebell arrived damaged. I contacted customer service and received a response within 24 hours confirming they would send a replacement. Unfortunately, the replacement was lost by the courier - FED EX - delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted the company again they sent a new one out with a courier - DPD - and it arrived the next day. Initial problem but resolved very quickly so would recommend for this reason. Also, really happy with the products for the price, and more importantly they were in stock. Good value if buying a couple of items as delivery is £7.99.

Excellent service. Delivery within a couple of days by DPD. Liked the eco friendly paper envelope rather than plastic packing, nice touch. The products sold are always good quality brand, bought in the sale at a good price - couldn't find cheaper elsewhere. Thanks.
