Awful

Terrible customer service. I have 2 cards that were posted to my address on the 6th December. Still not received anything. I have attempted to contact them via the live chat and had no response on every occasion either that or it kicks me off the chat. I have emailed the customer service dept twice and still not had a response. Terrible customer service……
